Horrible stay…the beds are super hard and when we turned in the heater the whole room started smelling super bad. The door had a crack so all the cold from the outside was coming in.

Definitely not staying here again

The room was clean

The room I booked was not available. Supposedly check-in was at 2 and I got there almost at 5 and the room was not cleaned yet. I was given a room with two beds. The key don’t work so I had to go back to the office and then was told the room was available but was still given another two-bed room. Another thing is it was so loud I ended up having to leave to go somewhere else and get some rest.

You get what you pay for

Decent value, though you pretty much know what you are getting with most Motel 6 locations. Was grateful that they honored my request for a room on the ground floor, as I was recovering from a knee replacement.

During check in the employee was conversing with somebody else and using foul language, which seemed rather unprofessional. The room itself had a funky smell, so I was greateful I was only there for a single night.

the motel was nice. The bed was comfy. Room for NS King was small, but for the price it was good. Nothing to wild, it was simple and comfy.

the flooring was sticky. It may have been the cleaning chemicals or the type of flooring, but it was a bothering feeling when walking barefoot. Forgot to bring my slippers on this trip

the rooms seemed to have undergone a recent renovation, meaning everything appeared to be new, including towels...my room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the a/c worked...i always appreciate the no pet fee at all motel6 locations...

the staff was a bit...lacking, but not in a way that caused a problem, only a slight annoyance...

Should have been cheaper

Location

The room had wood floors that appear to have never been mopped thus don’t walk barefoot in your room our your feet will be black. The parking lot had garbage everywhere, door security lock didn’t work, multiple vehicles being worked on in the parking lot and no tub stopper. Internet was iffy.

BEST MOTEL 6 IN EL PASO, TX.

The place is super clean, well distributed, the room feels like new, and most importantly, it feels safe. Professional and committed Personnel.

I like the place, but young ladies at front desk too rude.

There was no breakfast.

The cable TV signal went off around 7:00 p.m on the 10th. 15 minutes later I called the front desk. The young lady. Told me nobody else called. For me to try to fix it, or she would give me a different room. About 10 minutes later, she called me back and said the signal was lost in all rooms and management was taking care of it. Two hours went by and I went to the front office to ask what was going on . The young lady was out of control and rude. She said I had called three times and too many people were calling. I never called three times. Young hot tempered lady out of control and rude. The next day ( the 11th ) was my last day so I just left, but there was no Cable signal or TV signal yet. I like the place and will be back, but there was no need for this rudeness. I wonder if the Cable signal/TV is back yet.

Deprived of sleep and charged for it

I had booked a room for 3/27 and arrived at 514am on 3/28 after a long drive from California. When I went to the overnight window I was told to go back at 6am. While I was waiting until 6am, I got a notification from my credit card that my card had been charged for the room. When I went back at 6am I was told that because the reservation was for the day before there was nothing that the motel could do. If the motel had let me go into the room I was charged for and technically had until 11am on the 28th, I could have had at least 4 hrs of sleep. Instead I was deprived of sleep and charged for a room I never stepped foot in. I had planned on booking a room on my way back to California at this establishment but after my very negative experience I will never stay here and I will inform all of my Family and Friends to avoid this place.

Slaves to computer overlords, allegedly

They scammed me into paying $80 for my final night, despite me paying $51 for nights 1-6. They claim their computer wouldnt allow them to extend my stay at the current rate by 1 night. I could have gotten on the app and booked a room right then for $51, but they didn't tell me that. The manager was rude and surly. 2nd bad experience here. Not going back.
