Staff was great

Cleaner room. The bathroom vent was dirty. The floor was full of hair. There was poop on the wall by the toilet paper. The drains did not drain properly. One bed has a big blood stain. Some of the electrical outlets crackle and the plugs don't stay in. Some outlets have no covers.

The staff were friendly. However, registration could not fine our room, had to call her manager to find a room.

The room was filthy/carpeting stained, and firdge did not work. Request a ground floor room and we were put on the second floor.

Do not stay here. Choose the La Quinta across the street by the Comfort Inn

Nothing, but a place to rest.

The place is falling apart. Visable structural damage upon arrival. Some rooms were marked with paper written on them. Room had no remote for the TV. Sink faucet needs to be fixed. Carpet by sink held down by a screw. Ceiling above shower starting to sag. A man posing as staff knocked on my door saying, I dropped one of my key cards, key card did not work. Breakfast was stated to be from 6-9 am, yet there was no breakfast and had lights off upon arrival at 6:10. No reception staff to check out with.

Very unhappy and frustrated with whole experience

The front desk agent was the only part i enoyed about this hotel.

The entire experience honestly. This was the worst La Quinta hotel by far. The building is not clean, needs maintenance very badly and honestly the condition of this hotel probably isnt up to code for the health department. I had arrived to hotel and upon check in i was hit with the worst musky, old, rotten milk kind of smell. Checked in and had a pleasant and professional conversation with the gront desk agent Nick. Went to see the room and it was missing a bed. Went back to front desk, again nick was pleasant, apologized, and switched to different room, 2nd room had an inch of standing water on the floor of over half the entire room . Went back to front desk and was given a 3rd room, the smell of this room, hit ya like a ton of bricks, the floors were dirty and visibly not clean. I decided i was not going to stay at this hotel, and wouldnt be okay to sleep here with my family. So i went back to the desk a 3rd time and nick was very accommodating and again apologized. He said he cancelled my reservation and i will not be charged. But i was charged and that is what i did not like.

The rooms were dirty . I got two rooms one of the rooms was ok , but the room 320 stunk and the bathtub was full of black water I called desk they moved us , we went to room 202 that room was filthy as well carpet dirty , floor in bathroom was bad , bathtub was dirty , sheets were so gross

This was a very quick stay. Room was clean and the staff was great.

Did not have enough towels for my family. They already went through the extra 50 that they had for the day I was told by the front desk. I also inquired about getting a TV remote and they did not have any more. The second bed in the room was severally broken and was not comfortable. Paint was peeling in multiple places in the room.

Location

Room was dirty. Food crumbs on floor, ketchup stains on night stand, melted ice left in bucket, water leak behind toilet, bath towels had stains on them. Asked night shift front dest for 2 extra towels, she said they didn’t any and she was the only one there so she couldn’t go look for any. Ended up driving to Wal Mart the next day and buying some.

Wifi didn't work, mini fridge was broken, the beds were so uncomfortable and the bathroom was leaking water from the ceiling on to the toilet. We had to leave our room and go downstairs to the lobby to use the restroom. So disappointed.

Location

Rooms were nasty ,mattresses were on the floor no frame.tub was stained all yellow on the inside had to put a towel so I didn't catch no fungus on my feet. Toilet clogged up ceiling was falling apart. I will never stay there again. Horrible experience.

The place was filthy. The carpets were dirty. I only stayed one night out of my stay. I took a shower with a cockroach. There was pubic hair in my bed. And blonde hair on my pillow case.

Everything was absolutely disgusting. Hall way carpets are absolutely filthy. The bed sheets were dirty with spots all over, the pillows had no covers on them and the hallway walls had all the pipes showing thru the holes in the walls and the numbers on doors were taped and written on paper 🤮 never AGIAN

Sheets had stains, carpet would block door, carpet is old, looks dirty and is loose. In simple words, it doesn’t look like the place was kept up and has been let go of for a long time. There was no advertised free breakfast.

very worn down location, the chair was showing all it's stuffing in front, there was a very dirty carpet with a dry uncooked bean and someone's eyedrops under the bed, unvacuumed room, stucco over the fire sprinklers, hot glued fixtures ( lamps), and the first floor hallway and stairwells were very stinky (because of the carpets?). The pool was closed because of ph issues. We decided it was unsanitary to shower and have breakfast at this hotel so we left as early as possible to shower and have breakfast somewhere else. The staff were the nicest, though.

Absolutely nothing

The rooms were dusty and dirty, and no blankets breakfast bar was run down. Not enough of anything both days, the ice machine was down pool was green, not a sign in site stating it was closed. Not even when we checked in. In the second room, 104, it smelled horrible. The microwave was dirty like something exploded and hadn't been cleaned for days. The carpet was dirty, with no blankets

The poor guy working the front desk

Through booking we put in we had 5 guests. Once we got to the motel it showed we only had 3. They gave us a room with 2 double beds. We had to go downstairs to try and get another room. Nothing was available so we got blankets and our daughter had to sleep on the floor. We went to take showers and there was no soap, no shampoo nothing at all in the room. We went back to the front desk the guy said he would bring it and he never did. I will not recommend this location to anyone
