This place was horrible.

There was nothing here that I liked.

I do not see how this place is in business. It was very dirty. Stained carpets. Elevator sounded awful. Ceiling tiles missing. Laundry facilities were not clean or in working order. Staff was not suppose to take out the money until I arrived. Took out anyway. Told me it would be 4 to 7 days before they could refund it. This place was run down and awful. Nothing like the pictures on line. Very disappointed.

Location close to freeway for travelers.

The building is very dilapidated. Traveled during winter but the bed only had a sheet and bed cover ( used the heater all night). The room had a strong smell of cigarette. The building is in need of remodeling.

We got room 105 first, smelled like mildew, no fire alarm, itchy blankets, stained roof tiles, stained towels, stained sheets, carpet was torn , outlets didn’t work properly .. just to much to post!!!! we stayed a night and woke up with a head ache due to the awful smell. We requested a room change, which we did get. Got room 121!! it was worse!! it smelled like a mix of mildew and urine!! Again everything was stained as well!! Horrible experience!! I’m usually easy to adjust in any setting but this was a nightmare! we even checked out early!! couldn’t stay there one more night !!!

Great value for the price!

Within walking distance to grocery, restaurants, movie theatre etc. Breakfast with hot freshly boiled eggs, waffles, cereal, milk juice coffee toasted breads. Large rooms, comfy bed, adjustable temperature. Tv with cable. Good natured helpful staff. Overall a great value for the price!

Suspicious Fraudulent Activity

The a/c worked very well

When we arrived, they did not find my reservation and said they had no king rooms available. After about 1/2 an hour and them trying to charge me double the price for a double queen room they miraculously gave us a king room. The room did not have a key so anytime we left the property we had to ask to be let into our room. That was a hassle I could have lived without. We ended up having to pay cash which I was not expecting to do. At check out, after asking for a receipt they said they did not find us being in a room so they could not offer a receipt.
