The hotel smelled like food cooking even though the hotel didn’t offer kitchen it

The area was next to everything. And the staff was polite.
room felt dirty, the toilet even had hair in it before we even used it . air conditioning didn’t work, it felt like it was just spitting out hot air even though we set it it to 60. not many towels.
