We were traveling from California back to Arkansas and needed a place to stay for the the night and.

I liked that my rol. Was huge with a kitchen in it and it was very quiet and relaxing

The floor had some stains on it but other than that everything was good..

The area was next to everything. And the staff was polite.

room felt dirty, the toilet even had hair in it before we even used it . air conditioning didn’t work, it felt like it was just spitting out hot air even though we set it it to 60. not many towels.

Staff was unfriendly, bad attitude, did a lot of finger pointing and didn't seem want to talk to me. Zero eye contact, zero greetings.

The front desk staff was extremely courteous.

Everything. The parking lot is full of individuals sitting in their cars making it uncomfortable. The room was dirty. Hallways smell of the devils lettuce. The stairways smell of urine. The toilet would flush properly.

The water was turned off without tenants knowing and we were left w no water and a dirty toilet full of feces for over 2 hours... I reached out to front desk which was advised the janitors had shut off water to work on water line... It was completely unacceptable and was told if i wanted to check out i could and that Manager Blanca wasnt available but she would refund which to this day 8/15/23 she hasnt.. Horrible situation

I checked out after the first day after calling Booking.com, and speaking to the manager, Bianca, who assured me, I would be reimbursed for the other four nights, I’ve had to call several times and have still not gotten a refund that she guaranteed me, I’m going to dispute it on my credit card

They spacious room and very cleanliness but not only that I was very impressed with the style and look of the room and it's improvement since I stayed back in 4/2022!! RRI west you have achieved high standards and quality to become one of the best 5 stars but keep the price as is don't change that and you will see what I mean Thanks for the best stay I've had I Appreciate you and your staff.... Superve Job!!!
