I know things happen but check on the well being of people especially when it involves kids.

The receiving lady staff was really nice and everyone after was not

We stuck on the elevator and the pools heater was not working. No one apologized for either and my baby girl was terrified during the trapped event.

Don't stay here

The location

Not greeted when arrived..no coffee maker in room as it states- when I inquired at the desk about it, was told they hadn't got around to updating website- , no clock, no outlet anywhere near the bed unless you count the one near the ceiling above the bed ( I have pics), multiple hairs on shower wall I discovered when I went in to take a shower, so obviously not cleaned ( pics of that too) . No cups or ice bucket in room. Door didn't latch properly and common areas smelled like sewage. Even though spark is a budget version of Hilton, this was inexcusable. Got in later in evening after an 8 hr drive so no option to get out of it.

Nice for an overnight stay

The decor is bright and modern. The room had comfy beds. The A/C worked great! We had a view of the lake. All in all, it was fine for our overnight stay.

The elevator was old for such a new place. The bathroom could use some touch-ups. There was no microwave in the room. Breakfast was pastries and coffee.

my room was absolutely disgusting. immediately went and asked for a refund! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! they need to shut this hotel down. hallways were full of trash, the bed sheets were slept in full of dirt. WILL NEVER RETURN

The price was great for the location but be prepared for a very under quality stay.

The location

The room was not clean, our card reader battery in the room door was dead so we didn’t have a key to come and go in our room. We had to have the front desk clerk open our room every time we needed back in. Also, the $100 cleaning deposit is a joke. Especially when the whole place was dirty. I work in hospitality and there is no way that anything about our experience was acceptable. Taking advantage of people’s vulnerability in traveling is just sad.

Toilet was loose. TV remote did not work. There was makeup smudges on the wall by the sink. The entire hotel looks run down. The heated pool was not working.

Friendly Staff, good food, but felt a little unprofessional.

The Staff was very friendly and was able to help me resolve any issues I had quickly. The food was good and had a small verity to pick from. Rooms where very clean and the bed felt comfy.

When I arrived they did not have the room I paid for well in advance available had to go from a king size to a queen (not a huge deal but the fact the diddnt have me in the system at all was a bit concerning) My room keys also kept getting shut off so I was unable to get into my room multiple times(this is an issue I have never had before at any other hotel) forcing me to have to get new ones. Finnaly the night before I was supposed to leave I went into my room to see all of my belongings had been taken(after going to the front desk to see if they had it they came out with a trash bag with my room number on it it appeared as if they where going to throw it out not sure if this is normal for them to take customers belongings while they are still suppose to be renting the room but it made me feel uncomfortable)

The cleanliness, the variety in the breakfast room, the poor condition of the pool, the attention of the staff, the safety of the host when spending the night, the cleanliness of the air, the ceilings, the curtains, the carpets or the sheets, the lights, the hair dryer, the shower, toilet paper holder, the doors handles and doors. All of it was in a really poor condition, very deficient, damaged, dirty or broken. Too much bad hotel conditions.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

This is the nastiest hotel ever DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! when we arrived they gave us a room that stank like sewer so they changed us rooms to one that looked like it had not been cleaned in years there were red stains on the carpet, the restroom had poop stains all on the walls, the toilet was not even set into the floor, the sheets were stained, the AC did not work, the hair dryer did not work. It was HORRIBLE we went to let staff know and they said they did not have another clean room and that they could not refund us our money so we had to stay. The next day we were out all day and did not return untill late at night when we walked into our room it had NOT been cleaned when I went to ask why they said if you stay over 2 nights housekeeping is "upon request" and that they did not have any clean rooms available. The kids wanted to swim and(shocker) the pool was unavailable but they said we could use the one across the parking lot at their other hotel. We went out there and it was even worse than Sleep inn. The only restroom they had we could use was full of poop and yellow stuff coming out of it when I went and told the staff he said "I have too much work to do right now or I would go clean it" so we just left back to our room. The next day they finally switched us rooms to a somewhat better room(still disgusting) but it was one last night so we stayed. The next morning we went down for breakfast to cold nasty watery eggs and sausage that looked like they had been sitting there for days, coffee was cold, pancake Batter was watery and green so at that point we just left. I tried talking to the manager but no luck he refused to refund me any money. I do not know how this place is still functioning it is by far the worst experience I have ever had. If you go back and look at all the reviews all management is saying is that they are sorry and that they will fix the issue but they are not doing anything.

The worst stay in a hotel ever. Absolutely disgusting. From the room to the breakfast.

This was the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed in. From walking in, everything was dirty. Even my 6 year old daughter noticed. Once we got into our room, it was super dirty, and the TV didn't work. The door was missing the top lock. The beds were disgusting, with hairs all over. The walls and carpet were dirty. It was late and we had already paid. We had to put our jackets over the pillowcases we were so disgusted. Both of my daughters didn't even want to use the "covers" which were nothing more than bed cases. No towels in the bathroom. The walls are so thin you can hear everything. The heater was obnoxiously loud. When you walked, the cabinets shook. At 6 am, we were woken up because staff was trying to unlock the room next door because their keys didn't work. So I figured, breakfast may save this room. NOPE. the "breakfast" was an absolute joke. One rolled-up bag of cornflakes, two breakfast muffins, one gallon of milk for the entire hotel, and one small pan of eggs and sausage in a disgusting tray. All this for $105 dollars DO NOT STAY HERE. WARNING! DO NOT STAY HERE

Avoid Please!

The room was not super clean but clean enough. Staff was a bit rude. The room didn't have a remote control for the television. The door lock didn't work at all anyone could go in and out. In the middle of the night there was 2 incidents where someone was trying to go in but I had a lock on it and put the sofa on the door since you could just push the door to go in that was enough to stop them from coming in . NEVER staying in here again. I advise for people to avoid this hotel since it's not the best place to stay for long periods. I stayed for 1 night so I bared with it but it wasn't a pleasant stay by any means. People around the hotel kept complaining and seemed very upset with everything. There was even another family that had problems with a room that they gave them which was very dirty and not clean at all and had to be moved to another room. They told this after I went to get my key card fixed since it wouldn't open our door to our room.
