Something is wrong with the bed in room 215. The headboard side is lower than the non-headboard side which means when you lay down, your feet are higher than your head.

Everything!!!! Front desk what rude, elevator had what seemed to be old carpet, the shower water was releasing dirt for some reason. Over all bad.

Comfortable spot for an overnight as about 500 miles from San Antonio where we left from and not much else in between

Close to our route heading west on the 10 across the street from a Walmart supercenter where we did some shopping for our trip and a Circle K gas station nearby was handy

Unfortunately, no fault of Comfort Inn Highway construction was taking place in the morning. We left a flash flood caused some flooding in the construction site and we had to do offloading to get back onto the 10 freeway and out of El Paso.

Nothing. Booking.com posted the hotel on their app as available and when I arrived to the hotel the lady at the front desk said they were completely booked up. Complete sham.

I don’t know, I got scammed by the hotel/booking.com because the hotel apparently wasn’t available even though I made a booking.

Good place to stay

The facility is clean inside and outside the building. The staff were kind and informative.

No problem with the facility. The person above us walked heavy must of the night while we tried to sleep. We had a 12 hour drive the next day. We spoke with the front desk, but the heavy walking continued above us.

Staff was great and helpful. And the Entrance of the place was clean. And breakfast was great I could see the staff was constantly checking food and cleanliness of the area.

Our room was dusty all around the TV console and the room lighting was very dim. And the sleeper sofa cushions were so flat that it was uncomfortable to sit on. The linens were clean but it seem to be dusty throughout the room and could have possibly used the vacuum.
