We entered room and a strong bleach odor lingered in room, TV didn’t work and There was a big cockroach on the wall. Went to office and door was locked Called about TV and they came when we were sleeping to fix so no TV Bathroom didn’t flush chain was not connected to handle. Very disappointing stay when a person is tired.

If I could rate this property negative stars I would!!! My room was terrible. There was hair in the beds and stains on the sheets. The shower was full of mold and blood!! When I asked for a refund all they told me was the manager was not there to help. The room was un sleepable and I had to sleep in the car because Expedia won’t give me a refund till the manager answered and he never answered!!!

Room was nothing like it's picture, 2 x Key Card did not work or open, asked for 1st floor/ground instead was given 3rd floor, tried calling front desk from my cellphone because there was no phone in the room, toilet did not want to flush, had to use the 2 plunger on either side of the toilet, room was freezing even when i punched the low temperature dirty button, 2 lamps had no bulb, no soap, limited towels and my room was on the ghetto side of the complex, the obvious oder in the elevator smelled of weed. Never again would i stay, nor recommend.

Check in was smooth however 30 minutes later a staff member tried to come into the room just sfter I got outvof the shower. There was no knock before coming in so don't know how much she saw. TV did not work and staff didn't seem to care. I was told someone would come but no onever did. I spoke to management in the morning but didn't do anything. Except that I should have told them to call the manager....like I am supposed to know that.

Most terrible experience by far. The photos on the site are very misleading and not accurate for the room I booked. I understand I booked a basic room but even so the room did not meet basic stay able standards. The room was very run down. From the door not being secure and having signs of breaking in, to the linens being dirty and unwashed, and appearing to not have been cleaned in weeks. The room with signage stating “non smoking” and soon as you walk in it reeks of smoke. Not only that, but upon entering the restroom there is a swisher wrapper in the trash can. Which furthermore confirmed the room had neither been cleaned or checked prior to my booking. I tried asking the front desk to swap me rooms even if it meant paying a price difference, but the woman politely said they could not credit what I had already paid towards another room. There was no way I was staying in a room like that. It was not sanitary. I would have appreciated an apology from the owner/manager himself but he sat there during our interaction and did absolutely nothing. Will never be booking here again and I don’t recommend anyone else does either. You’re better off at the Days Inn or Extended Stay couple miles from this location.

Very dirty room. Arrived 2 hrs after check in, was in the room 15 minutes total. It had a smell that stuck in your nose. Tub was covered in a lime scale shine, with hair on top of that. No towels or wash rags it. Mattresses had odd orange stains on them that were covered by dirty sheets. TV did not work with remote and there was no channels available on the TV. It was a room from hell. Checked out 2 hours after my granddaughter and I checked in. Was totally gross. Don’t stay here. Not accommodating at all and no refund. Hell of a way to run a business! Thank You for the experience I’ve never been so disappointed. I didn’t even think to take any pics to document my stay, just wanted to leave.

The hotel lobby and rooms are very dirty and very run down. The restroom had no toilet paper, only 1 bath towel for 4 guest. Two pillows for 4 guest. The receptionist was rude and very unprofessional. He was on his cell phone all the time I was at the counter checking inn.

Just start the room was a mess. Winston, the paraphernalian open condom rappers left inside the cabinet next to the bed. Question my thoughts of whether or not The sheets or towels were clean. I had to sleep in my clothes on top of the covers. There is poop on the wall. Beside the toilet there was no shower curtain. I would not suggest this place to anybody
