Missing one bedside lamp; some electric sockets didn’t work including USB ports in the lamps; current to the charger in the table lamp turned off by the wall switch at the entrance to the room. there was a bright light in the parking lot shining in the room, but there was no blackout curtain; breakfast offerings were limited, and the coffee was pretty bad. Staff was helpful and did find us a second bedside lamp. Would probably be wary of this chain in future.

Filthy bathroom-dirty towel behind the door, hair and makeup on the floor. Half eaten ice cream in the freezer. No TV remote and it took three requests to get one.

It was pet friendly, but my dog kept chewing like there were fleas in the room. He has flea control on but they have to bite to die. Staff were very friendly. Gluten free, so corn flakes worked. Prefer plain yogurt. Juice was good.

The service was great very friendly staff, the breakfast area was clean and looked good simple fair. The room was clean and bed was comfortable but the restroom door was broken didn't close right and water temp never got warm, lukewarm at best. Besides those two thi gs everything else was good.

Quality Inn was definitely not good quality. Worst hotel we’ve ever stayed. We got a knock at our door within 5 minutes of being there because the floors are too squeaky and it bothered someone. Very outdated. Mold and rust in the shower. Water in the tub was overflowing. One of the towels had red lipstick (gross). After the condition of this hotel there was no way we dared eating their continental breakfast.

Had to be changed to another room because the first one was absolutely FILTHY. The second room wasn’t any better. The lock did not work and it was still filthy. Handprints everywhere on backboards, mirrors. Filthy chairs and full of stains. The manager said that they would call to rectify and still haven’t heard from them after having called them multiple times.
