Was a wrong mistake

I arrived at 1am so tired and I have to wait like am hour because they system didnt work, and employee said that it happens every day, ... The room was not clean and In The check out I forgot a blanket , 3 hrs later i came back for it, and a new women employee told me that she cannot helped with a all lyes, housekeeping took the keys, and then she didnt know where the forgotten things were, then The room of that things was close, i insisted and i found it, mean , obvious she wanted to kept it.. The employees always with a Bad humor

The bed sink I. The middle the carpet is gross and there was pee on the bottom of the toilet. The GM David was so rude when I complained Stay Away from this place.

I think the best thing about this hotel is the room. It is very spacious and comfortable; however, there are no cooking utensils provided — just the kitchen without any dishes or cookware.

They advertise that breakfast is included, but it is only a snack bar. I believe they should be more honest in their description, as my mother chose this place thinking that a real breakfast would be provided. Additionally, the receptionist who worked both days between 6 PM and 11 PM was very rude and provided very poor customer service. I tried to remain kind and polite on several occasions, until it reached a point where I had to respond in the same manner she was treating me.

Clean and great location for a good price!

My family of 4 and I shared a studio with two queens. It was very nice and very clean. And rather large for a hotel room eith a full kitchen and great layout. Also a great price, and the staff was super friendly and even called our room after requesting bowls so my daughters could eat their dinner to see if we needed anything else. 😀 Did I mention they are pet friendly, too? We also took our girls right next door to an arcade and to ride go-karts and other fun rides, and we walked like 3 minutes to get there. Great spot. Really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was seriously great! Pet friendly for an additional 25 fee.

When I arrived everything was good as far as the check-in but the lady that worked late that night now my issue was the following morning when I went to check in to let him know that I was going to revent the room a men which seem she look like a manager/supervisor tells me" hey are you the one that was smoking in room" not a hello good morning good afternoon but right away asks me that question? And then the staff that was at the front desk look at me with dirty looks and just around the corner comes walking in the housekeeper and says right away oh no it was the people in room 205 and proceed to tell me" oh are you even staying in the room" I told him right away yes what is it to you yes I was in and out of the hotel because I had a funeral and moving going on and either way around it it's none of your business... then the man didn't say anything or apologize from that moment until the following morning of checkout time staff was giving me horrible attitude I felt very uncomfortable like this is discrimination .

Refused check in because of my Nationality

The room was big.

The man working on check in refused to let me stay at the hotel because I am not an American citizen. I had my British passport and driving licence, but he said he needed a document with the American flag. I told him I didn't have one as I'm a British citizen on holiday. He said he had been told by management that he had to refuse people if they were not American. I said I would be making a complaint as this is discrimination and is not a policy anywhere; either on Booking.com or their website, he told me to "read the small print" and that Booking wasn't an American company. I was in a position where I was outside a hotel at midnight after a long day driving with my wife and two kids with nowhere to stay despite having booked a hotel all because of my nationality. I had to go and get my wife from the car who was very upset. In the end we were able to check in as she is an American citizen. This treatment is outrageous and discriminatory! I have complained to Booking and Extended Stay America Suites several times. I was told I would receive a refund which I still haven't over two weeks later! I told Booking.com this hotel should not be on their website as discrimination based on nationality is illegal but they do not seem to be taking the matter seriously and have not responded to my complaint.

Okay for passing through, not long term

The convenience of the location and the space in the room.

There is no breakfast, just coffee and muffins. The pullout couch mattress is warn out and needs to be replaced, my 7 year old was uncomfortable and jumped into bed with us after the first hour. The hallway carpet is dirty, a lot of renovation flows, a fire sprinkler is hanging out of the ceiling with the hole displayed.

I felt very claustrophobic in the building it had poor ventilation and we couldn't open the window the air quality was very poor it was on a busy freeway and it didn't feel like a safe environment loads of smelly air looked a like a oil refinery from the view from our window next door lots of dogs on our floor old carpet and mostly i felt like i couldn't breath even in the hallway a weird chemical smell so relived to leave this property

This room was booked and paid for upfront. When we arrived at the hotel they stated they had booked the room to someone else because we showed or late. We had to stay in our car that night due to it being late. We live 6 hrs from her so we arrived at night time but that shouldn’t matter if we had paid upfront for the room. They wouldn’t have lost money on it since it was paid. We called customer service and they stated they were going to contact the hotel to verify. We still have not received our money back.

The expectation of a suite along with dishes and silverware was not a good experience for me. The staff said there were none available as they were all taken. This caused me to incur needless expense. I didn’t appreciate it. Also, the breakfast did not meet expectations.

nicely maintained, convenient location, bed was comfortable. love having the option to cook for ourselves. quality pillows and linens. laundry facilities well maintained. $5 a load and used a credit card.

we could hear people a little overhead. think they were fighting. not as bad as other places I’ve stayed. also didn’t quite all the kitchen stuff the have available and you have to request it, kitchen doesn’t come stocked.
