The room was spacious for two of us and our dog, but the floor apparently hadn’t been mopped, or was mopped with dirty water, and wasn’t clean. The front desk staff, Oscar, was very nice and check-in and out was easy.

We checked in quite late, but the clerk got us checked in after a short delay and we went to our room. The parking for this room was across the parking lot, two unused handicap spaces were closest to our room. The room was a bit spartan (only one nightstand, requiring us to roll up a chair to put our phone on as our only option). Power was completely unavailable on this side of the bed, a common problem with older properties. The cable TV was pretty bad, many channels only carried the audio, but no video. It was weird to get to, we had to drive behind a Motel 6 to get to it. None of these issues were all that important; if you're looking for the quality and amenities a Marriot, you should stay at the one near the airport for $360. Most important, the room was very clean, new, nicely renovated and quiet. The blind completely blocked the light, and the A/C was good. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean and the bathroom was sparkling. We didn't try the breakfast, as we live in Las Cruces and went on home for breakfast. The entire property has been recently renovated, obviously at considerable expense, and it shows. This property was an excellent value and we would definitely stay again if circumstances required us to stay overnight this close to home.

The room itself was comfortable and clean, but there were several drawbacks that made the stay less enjoyable. The Wi-Fi was essentially unusable — very slow and unreliable, which was frustrating. The man on the front desk told me that I couldn’t earn rewards points since I booked through a third-party website, but later I discovered that the points actually were added to my account, so the information I was given was incorrect. Another issue was the air conditioning. The unit is the older, wall-mounted type and extremely loud. It made it impossible to run at night without disrupting sleep. Overall, while the accommodations were decent, the poor Wi-Fi, misinformation about rewards, and noisy air conditioner make me hesitant to stay here again.

It’s a fantastic location, great motel. The only problem is there’s major construction going on at the time and you have to drive 5 miles out of your way and then circle back and drive to 5 miles back to the hotel. Not the hotel’s fault it’s the state of Texas.

Our stay was fine and we would stay here again. We just had an issue with one of the night employees. I called the front desk after getting back to my room, so I could confirm what time checkout is. Before even answering my question; the lady at the front desk said "well first of all, you have four people in your room. There's only supposed to be two people staying in a room at a time". I proceeded to inform her (I shouldn't have to) that it was my familiy and they were just hanging out, they were staying in the room next to us.

Great experience with great staff and the rooms were super awesome and clean for the price is also unbeatable. Having restaurants nearby for just about everything really compensates for not having a full breakfast but this hotel, id say is well worth it 9.1 on a harsh scale!

This place is very convenient to Hwy 10. The place is immaculate. The owners or operators should be very proud of their remodel. Everything was super clean. The towels were plush and the bed was very comfortable. The pool and Jacuzzi were a bonus. Minimal breakfast (continental) but enough to get you on the road to your next destination.

The guy went and checked my room and said my deposit was not going to be returned because of a stain on the bed. I told him it was very washable as it was just my tab spray and I wash my own bed with a simple wash and it comes out. He was rude and I’ve never had anyone say they are keeping a deposit right at check out.

Weird motel right off the highway. Good for a one night stop over. Wouldn't say it was super comfortable, but good for a place to sleep and get up in the morning to hit the road.
