Deck chair was not good. looks like it was selected for looks and not for function. Back leans far back and not usable for sitting at desk. Called front desk and they couldn't find any that were any different. The other chair same thing, back at a big angle and very low. Looks nice but not comfoRTAble.

No restaurants available for breakfast. Or at least signage to tell me there is one. Also lack of signage or connection to casino to be able walk through hotel to casino. Or show a walkway. If there was there is no signage to tell you.

well in my opinion it would be way better if they had breakfast, even if its continental. would be nice, we do spend enough at the casino. I just dislike looking for a place to eat in the mornings.

Overall, our stay was fantastic!

The room was very clean, and the staff was very kind. Although not expected, the coffee downstairs was a nice surprise. We didn't go to the casino, but if that's your plan, the location is perfect!

The only thing I would change is the faucet in the shower. It was really difficult to turn on, and then you had to turn it incredibly hard to close it enough to get it to stop dripping.

I believe her name was Jenny. If not im really sorry. I am bad with names. She was extremely friendly and welcoming. It was a nice change from other hotels that I have stayed at. The room wash clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The room smelled of sewer. Thats my only complaint. The room was clean and the sheets were fresh and crisp. But every time the toilet was flushed there was a foul oder.

This was a very nice hotel in a low traffic area just blocks from IH10

The property was clean with plenty of parking space. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The fact that it didn’t have a restaurant nor pool made for a quiet relaxing place. It did; however, have coffee in the morning.

The shower was narrow and had no shelving to put your shampoo bottles. I also had difficulty getting the proper water temperature.

Wonderful place to stay for the price.

It was in a great location. Very clean the staff was very welcoming. This was our first time to stay here and I would recommend it to anybody. It doesn’t offer breakfast, but we didn’t need it this time so that’s why we stayed here.

Bedbugs, Uncleanly Hotel

This is the worst hotel I ever had the pleasure of staying at. Besides the bedbugs, there were serious issues at this hotel. Front desk was very rude even after asking for simple accommodation requests. This was not the best hotel and I definitely won’t be back.
