We had a nice weekend.

Thanks for the upgrade. You didn’t know but it was our 40th anniversary. We were in town for a wedding. It was nice to be able to enjoy the outdoor pool and again, the extra space was nice too. We’ll definitely look at staying again.

No ice machine? Breakfast was ok. Nothing special. Don’t like wet eggs, not a sausage fan so much and would have preferred hash browns or breakfast potatoes. Not terrible though.

clean. but medicinal, no taste, cold. lots of noise from family above, dog barking, kids running down the hall etc

noise, cold taste, felt like a nice place i wouldn't want to stay in. almost impossible to get to with google gps, had to wander around, lucky great staff helped us but when we tried to call hotel were sent to voicemail. NO HELP THERE

The staff was excellent! From the very first day they remembered our names, were very accommodating, almost anticipating our needs.

The breakfast, first day was fine, fresh eggs and biscuits. The second day - packaged microwaved soggy sandwich, very bad!

Very comfortable home base

Two bedroom suite was plenty of room for 5 people. Kitchen was full sized and had the basics. Trader Joe’s is very close. Really a great location and quiet hotel. We were on the ground floor and it was fine.

Doors were squeaky and a little hard to shut- kind of minor unless people were trying to sleep while others were needing to move between rooms.

Way more expensive than what you are told. They still charge room taxes. Not Booking's problem.

Good location.

Rooms are small. Be aware that they charge $75 per pet. That's 3 times what other hotels charge. Also beware that they will still charge you for more room taxes above what booking says the amount is. Don't expect the manager to be helpful. They don't care.
