Warmer in the stadium!

It's got a cool "GO DUCKS" vibe, a Sports Bar Hotel. Your room cards are student ID cards. It has a Top Golf Suite as part of the hotel activities. Bar and food are great. Location is great for downtown walking to attractions, and Eugene is a clean, safe town. Keep in mind it's all about the University of Oregon.

It's just too much 70s. No room services. Water pressure was way too low. (Probably an eco thing) The temperature in the common areas was freezing Mr. Bigglesworth! Everyone on staff was dressed like it was a ski lodge. Turn up the dang heat in there. Dang!

Too many small negatives to make it worth while

Decor, staff, size of room, comfort of bed, and how well the HVAC system worked. When I rated my stay 2 out 5 by text during the stay, staff responded asking what the problem(s) was. Although I didn’t want to take time for a call, I shared a couple of issues by text. They offered to move us, that wouldn’t have helped, and was very inconvenient as we were on our way out. Instead of moving us they offered vouchers for dinner and breakfast. We couldn’t use dinner but did use $15 breakfast, 1x chai, 2x hard boiled eggs, and a bagel. They did their best to try to help. However, the issues are unacceptable, we won’t stay again, and don’t recommend that any one wastes their money at this Hilton.

That it wasn’t even close to Hilton level hotel. Conrad would not be happy. During showers the water would suddenly stop, multiple times, no matter the time of day. When it did work, the water pressure was terrible. Flushing toilets in other rooms caused HOT water only in the shower. Not enough plugs, 2 by door with no table to place electronics?? One on ea side of bed, that’s it. Not a smart TV. The MOST uncomfortable pieces of cement, I mean furniture. No dresser. Weird closet that doesn’t quite fit hangers. Street noise is so loud, it’s like a window is open. No full length mirror, and the only mirror is in the bathroom.

The decor is very charming and it’s really convenient to the university. In and out parking is helpful. Staff are friendly

Cute, fun decor, floor to ceiling windows in room, auto opening curtains and door, and good location.

Staff transactional, need more staff at front desk and restaurants to reduce lines, waits and prob help staff feel happier. Mattress needs replacing, shower needs caddy/somewhere to set products.

The food was very expensive. We were woken up and kept up at 3:30 a.m. by several drunk people yelling in the hallways and then in their room which was next to ours.

Thank you for my stay!

Very unique features, very fun. The rooms have a quirky cabin feel. The trophy room lounge they had was amazing, I really enjoyed that. Next time I’m gonna stay for longer and explore more of their features.

Hopefully there is a covered smoking area that I just didn’t know about. (I had a quick stay so I didn’t explore too much.) The Trophy room had an uncovered area, it was pouring rain so I didn’t have a spot to sip on my drink outside. It’s okay though!Just a personal preference.

Incredibly overpriced for a very basic hotel room, and this was not a major football / graduation / track event weekend or anything. I’ve paid as much for comparable rooms in Manhattan. No housekeeping unless you specifically request it which seems absurd for a 4-night stay. Shower floods the bathroom floor. Limited TV options - nothing on demand.

Game day fail

Location

I booked this hotel a month in advance. Game day/ birthday celebration. We arrived at 4 pm for check-in. They informed us there were no rooms available. We let them know we were heading to the football game. They told us they would call when our room was available. We never received a call. I called at 630pm before heading into the game to ensure we had a room..They said our room was still not available. Came after the game and got checked in at 1145pm. The key card would not open our room. They sent someone up. When they opened the door, the room was already occupied! Finally, we got into the correct room after midnight. 7 months pregnant and exhausted! This hotel was very expensive for 1 night. The experience did not match the price we paid. I would not recommend staying here on game days.

The Graduate offers top-notch amenities like a clean and modern design, helpful staff, and a convenient location. A real gem in the heart of Eugene!

The only downside is the noise level from the street outside, but overall, it's a great place to stay.

Location was excellent, unique room, view was great and staff very friendly

Shower was broken, but what actually was disappointing was they double charged me due to what they said was an issue with booking.com transferring over the card. Okay no worries I thought until it took me several calls being told “ we will call you back by end of business day or soon” couple days later I would call back and get the same spiel. Just felt like I wasn’t a priority and while it wasn’t a big deal since it was just one night, I couldn’t help but feel like the mental image was someone tossing my information in the trash once we hung up. Everyone was very nice when I called but I always had to re-explain what had happened- even giving details the last person I talked to had told me. Communication or follow up could be better.

Hip Hotel in Eugene

Love this cute hotel in downtown Eugene. Staff was helpful and efficient and the rooms, cafe and restaurant were great. The hotel is in walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops. I’d stay here again.

Good for overnight-stay in Eugene, nice style

Staff was very friendly, room was nicely decorated, good bed. Shopping centre and restaurants nearby, also a supermarket within 10min on foot. Got there with uber, and there is the bus terminal within 10min walk, also the bus stop to get to the coast (Florence). As a female single traveller I felt safe

The bathroom was clean, but the shower was a bit odd, water stayed in tube after showering, also toilet seemed to have an issue with the waterflow. Breakfast should be included in that price category
