Everything was perfect for us

Location was great. Staff was wonderful. Room was clean. Best were comfortable.
The platform bed frame has sharp edges. The frame is wider than the mattress so when you get off the bed you scrape your legs. When walking around the be the corners are at knee level and are killer when you hit the sharp point.
In the bathroom the towels are on the opposite side from the shower. The bathtub itself is really slippery (grab bar saved me from falling).

The property was well maintained
The king bed room was tiny. The refrigerator too small with no freezer. I needed to re freeze my blue ice for the food I was traveling with. Also no microwave in the room.

They did not have the room we booked. Continued to attempt to stick us in a 12x12’ room. There was barely room to get past a bed. I booked a room that showed 377sq ft. . I had stayed in the larger room in the past booked through Booking. After they sent me up and down 3 times to look at just awful rooms. I asked to speak to the person in charge.
The young lady at the FD went away and returned. She returns and says he said to either take that room or cancel the booking without charge. She had an attitude from the moment she said how can I help you. It was the I work here for a paycheck please do not bother me attitude.
We cancelled! We would not stay again!
Fairfield Inn was next lot over same rate. We stayed at the Gordon hotel instead. We have stayed at all three of these hotels multiple times. Both the other hotels were nicer, and staff has always been exactly what you expect when you arrive
The room was tiny looking at the wall of another hotel. I booked a 377sq ft the room was about half that size.
They said this room does not exist but I have booked here and stayed in it.

Location was easy to find on arrival and easy to get back on the freeway at departure. Everything was easy, from check in to getting our bags to our room. Having a bag trolley is such a big help for getting everything in/out in one trip. Even though we didn’t make use of it, the large spread of snacks/consumables available at the “command center” is a really nice convenience.
The body wash in our bath was empty. Not a big deal as we each had our own but everything else was so good, that was a bit disappointing.

I’d like that I had a place to stay for my daughter‘s graduation from University of Oregon
I dislike the fact that I had a three night minimum at a very costly price.

Not much.
We paid for a room with a river view, and the window was absolutely disgusting!

The location was convenient - close to the highway. Also a two minute drive to coffee, restaurants, etc.
Could have had more carts to take our luggage to our room. There weren't any carts available when we checked out so we had to make 3 trips to our car from the 5th floor. Not the end of the world, but would have been noice to have a cart.

The location was great for travelers. Right off the freeway. I also enjoyed the self serve breakfast station and plenty of parking.
The hallway was loud even in the evenings you can hear guest walking by

Location was easy access from FWY.
Window shade would not come down all the way down. And needed to keep lights out when we got out of shower. For privacy at night….
5.0 / 10.0
Windows have light-blocking shades to keep the room dark; lots of outlets around the room, some with USB charging; staff were all very friendly and helpful. I personally liked that the floors were not carpeted (but you may want to bring socks/slippers to wear around the room). The doors throughout the property are heavy, which can make them hard to open if you have stuff in your hands, but it helped muffle noise, so the hotel itself was fairly quiet even though it seemed to be full or nearly so. There's a water bottle filler in the lobby (we weren't told about it but stumbled across it).
Room was small and utilitarian. Not a lot of storage space (no drawers), just an exposed bar to hang things plus room under the bed for suitcases, and some coat hooks on the wall. The bathroom had barely enough towels for our two-night stay, and the bath towels were on the small side. All of the refillable hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner containers require two hands to use (you have to squeeze the bottle that's attached to the wall with one hand, and place another hand underneath to catch the stuff), which is a problem for someone with a disability or limited use of one hand/arm. Water pressure in the shower was poor. The shower door handle was not securely attached. The lighting was a bit harsh in some areas and too dim in others (but there were several different options). The room has a fridge but no microwave. The desk area is tiny. Pillows are super soft/squishy, which is not my preference. The oatmeal at the breakfast bar was dry and clumpy and seemed several days old on the first morning (it was better the second day). The breakfast area did not have any trays to put stuff on, only disposable paper plates/cups/bowls, so it was hard to carry, say a coffee and an orange juice along with your meal to your room or where you were sitting. There is no coffee maker in the rooms, and the coffee wasn't good (but there are plenty of local coffee shops to remedy that situation!). Housekeeping only comes every other day unless you request otherwise--presumably this is an eco-friendly choice, but it also felt like a cost saving measure, like much of the rest of this hotel, which seems more focused on flashy stuff (like high-def TV) than the basics. It would have been easy to overlook many of these things if this had been an inexpensive room, but it was 3x the cost we paid for a similar room last year at this time, so all of these little short cuts and annoyances added up.

The staff at the Hilton Tru is unfailingly helpful and cheerful. The lobby is bustling and well laid out - work cubbies, food area, sofas, a pool table and adjacent workout room.

It’s clean, and customer service was amazing. Specifically, the woman working at the counter the night shift was so kind and always had a smile on her face.
The room I was in, we kept on hearing noises outside our room.

The property seemed new, was easy to find, and is just East of downtown Eugene. The lobby is friendly and has some games, billiards, and a television. The room was very clean as well!
I don't know how to describe it other than the hotel was loud. Guests on the floor above us were easily audible, the heater in our room was very noisy, and the room was full of hard surfaces that didn't absorb sound. It could be that I'm nitpicking, but it was hard to rest.

The staff is friendly and kind to me and my dog.
Breakfast: The coffee was good, I appreciated that oatmeal and hard-boiled eggs were offered. I'm gluten-free, so those options worked well for me.
The river is across the road. It's nice to step outside walking the dog, with a patch of grass and view of the river. It's a busy road, but the river helps to soften some of the effects.
Alton Baker Park is a short drive (or longer walk) from the hotel; we enjoyed a nice walk there at sunset.

Loved the beds. And the staff was amazing and the breakfast was good. I left a day early due to the electricity went out due to the ice storm and they refunded me my money back!
Did not like that there is no microwaves in the rooms, bathroom was small, no swimming pool. And tiny fridge, small tv
