The staff was wonderful and personable. The chef for breakfast was awesome and had a wonderful breakfast.

I had cut my arm and didn't realize it. I got into bed and left around an eighth of an inch of blood on a pillowcase and on the fitted sheet. That's when I noticed it and went and got a Band-Aid. Whenever I leave a motel I always strip the bed and put all of the dirty stuff in a pile along with everything in the bathroom and I clean everything to make it easier for housekeeping. I received an email soon after I checked out telling me that $60 had been deducted from my account and that I could no longer stay at any comfort suites, anywhere. I called them to see what the problem was and they told me that there was an unknown substance found on the pillow case and the fitted sheet. The sheets were not new sheets, and I told them I would get some OxiClean and come clean the sheets. They then went and talked with a manager and came back and told me that they gave me my $60 back and I was welcome back but this was my first warning and if anything like that ever happened again I would no longer be welcome at any of their motels. They don't have to worry about that. I won't be back. I'm wondering if anyone else has ever had an experience like this. I love to give kudos and let people know how much they are appreciated. That is why my scores were so high for the staff, they were absolutely marvelous. But, the way I was treated with the email that I had received, I will never return there and I will never advise anyone to go there.

This hotel has become a mini-tradition for Thanksgiving for our family. The kids love it, it's very convenient, good breakfast, fun pool and hot tub for the kids, even the tiny workout space was put to good use this year.

There was no usable Wi-Fi in the hotel room itself. This was annoying but not a super big deal as we didn't spend a ton of time there. But even the TV wouldn't play the included streaming channels without wi-fi.

Grossly overpriced and misrepresented online. Not a good stay.

My stay at this Comfort Suites was one I would not want to repeat. I had a lot of faulty appliances and dirty bedding in the room, including nail clippings and small hairs in the sheets, so I ended up sleeping on the couch instead. The sink drain stopper was broken, so I had to operate the lever under the sink to drain it manually. The designated parking area wasn't secure, and they even had guests parking in the gravel lot across from the hotel. The upgraded price for the football game that weekend was grossly unjustified. Had I not been time-locked for my work meetings, I would've found another hotel immediately.

Amazing staff that helped make our trip not a disaster!

The hotel we had originally booked lost our reservation so we had to find another hotel and thankfully Comfort Inn Suites had a room! They allowed our granddaughter to swim a little longer due to the mishap at the other hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly!

Filthy hotel

Absolutely nothing this is a filthy hotel and rude staff

Absolutely everything from the staff to the filthy room. The toilet had black mold running all down in the toilet bowl it was solid black under the rim of the toilet the counters were filthy the floors were bla k with dirt the kitchenette was filthy as well my feet stuck to the sticky floors the curtains were filthy with huge stains on them . The head of the bed was much lower than the foot of the bed the hair dryer had makeup and finger prints all over it the door was rigged up due to previous damage the deadbolt wasn't usable the jinky job the did to put a flip lock on the door was pathetic security was not a priority at this hotel . I had to clean the room myself before I could even use the toilet . I had been traveling all day checked in at around 10pm or so and it took me till midnight to get it clean enough to even sit anywhere . The couch wasn't even put together the cushion covers were torn . I had to park in the field across the street from the hotel due to no parking spots left in the lot. Tbe staff were very rude and the solution I got from the general manager is an offer for a large discount off my next stay with them at this filthy hotel . Highly dont recommend staying here.

One of the nicest rooms I've stayed in. Very clean, cozy beds, even had a couch in my room. No dingy gross feeling like most hotels have. Very nice pool and hot tub and your typical hotel breakfast staples plus waffle machine and hot eggs and sausage. Right next to freeways (no noise from freeway) so easy access to things.

Feel like room was MISREPRESENTED.

Location convenient. Breakfast pretty nice - fresh fruit, decent quality bacon and sausage.

We booked a handicapped accessible room. The pictures showed a walk in shower. The room had a step in bathtub. When I asked, the desk clerk said, "Don't blame us. Choice hotels does the pictures." My spouse could not step into the tub. Very disappointing. Some of the lights in the room we could not find a way to turn on.

Exhausting, due to midnight fire alarm (a FALSE alarm).

It was clean, with lots of outlets

A fire alarm went off at midnight. The night staff was useless at explaining what was happening. Due to the adrenalin rush I was unable to get back to sleep for several hours. The morning staff told me the manager was on vacation. Later they said they'd spoken with the manager and since I'd used bookings.com they were unable to give me a discount, just offering a late checkout (I was catching a plane, so that was useless... and if I wasn't catching a plane it would have been more appropriate to tell this to guests at midnight). So I ended up with a free soda for my discomfort.

Sad budget business hotel run by people who don’t know hotels.

It seemed like the people who run it and work there don’t really know what they are doing. I checked in at 9:30 PM with a clerk who couldn’t tell me what time breakfast was or when the pool opened. My room was okay, mostly clean, but the bathroom floor was sticky with soap. The shower ceiling was all patched up but not repainted so it just looked a mess. The pool room was also in poor shape, with dirty windows and a flaking ceiling and more patches. Finally, breakfast was attended by a well meaning woman who was absolutely hovering inches from anyone there. I found the whole place just kind of sad.

The bed was comfortable.

My daughter wanted to swim in the pool and use the hot tub. There was no lights on over the pool area. So I use the phone to call the desk and the man said they were motion activated and we just had to walk around. Well, that didn’t work. I walked around for about five minutes, clicking every single switch, and light which I could find and finally got some of them turned on. By that point, my daughter had already thought the pool area was creepy and didn’t want to stay down there. I talked her into using the hot tub and it was dirty and the material was painful to sit on and very scratchy. Overall it’s really outdated.
