This is a cute inn that’s very well run.
I loved the coffee/tea/homemade cookie station. The breakfast was super tasty. The people were welcoming and easygoing. Free glass of wine on arrival!
And I loved the beautiful garden.
The bed was very comfy and the room was clean.
The train passes quite close to the properly. Not the hotel’s fault obviously, but those who are light sleepers might find it disruptive.

The location was so perfect for walking around and finding a meal in the early evening or getting a coffee in the morning. Dog friendly.! Quiet

Well situated near the 5th Street Public Market and downtown Eugene. Great area with Skinners Butte right next door. I would stay here again.
For some, the train that cuts through town may be an issue. If you are looking for a fully modern, updated space, you might not see the charm in this space.

Beautiful, friendly, cozy, delicious food
Just a little pricey right now, but time of year (college starting & football games I presume)

The building was charming- grounds were gorgeous. Offered tea, coffee, cookies, and a glass of wine all free of charge. The breakfast was fabulous with two choices plus fruit and scone- modifications were welcomed and staff was very personable. Very cosy rooms with all the things- mini fridge, WiFi, bathing products, robes, and a comfortable bed.
Everything was lovely- it’s an old building so people should be prepared for a little quirkiness

Lovely property with wonderful garden. Breakfast was very good and even provided a vegan waffle for dietary restrictions.
For some reason bed is elevated and not easy to get on top. Ceiling height low in some areas.

Breakfast was outstanding! Probably the best part of the stay.
Lawn and grounds were very welcoming. It was pleasant to take a book outside in the shade or have a quiet conversation on the lawn.
The house is very close to the river trail, which we used to get back and forth to the Hayward Field. Also close to downtown and Saturday Market. Good location.
Our room was tiny. The air conditioner needed to be on to stay cool, but it was a foot from the head of the bed and made for fretful sleeping. There was cold air blowing in my face & I woke up frequently when the thing went on and off in the middle of the night. Not ideal.
Barely saw housekeeping, but that might have been our problem since we were in and out of the room most of the day.

Love the location. The room was small and comfortable, exactly as I'd expected, and the breakfast was quite good. The glass of wine offered in the evening was a nice plus!

Traditional Bed and Breakfast where we were welcomed by Abby, who made us comfortable with a complimentary glass of wine at check in. The gardens are stunning and location is ideally located in historic Eugene. The night staff speak very highly of the private owner, so nice to hear! This is a traditional Queen Anne Victorian home and carriage house with a lot of history tied to original settlers. So nice to stay in a place with charm and character and lovely, happy staff!

We loved our stay! We made a last minute decision to stay in Eugene while on a road trip. The location was perfect and the garden and growls were so beautiful. We loved having a glass of wine, sitting out on the patio before walking to dinner.
The nearby trains created some noise through the night. I had earplugs so I didn't hear them, but my husband did.

Breakfast was delicious, loved the dining area. Great service. Location was in walking distance from restaurants. Enjoyed relaxing on the beautiful landscaped grounds around the house with complementary wine.
We stayed in the adjacent carriage house, rooms were a little small.

Outstanding customer service. Coffee and tea and baked cookies was available. Avery was particularly helpful and responsive. The breakfast was awesome! Cooked the way I like it. (tators, sausage, scrambled eggs with veg). The Inn was very inviting. Shower pressure was awesome! Very cozy place.
Theres a distinct smell in the room that is being mask by the portable AC running at full blast. Must be the very old carpet that needs replacing.

The location is great, the only minus is a distant railroad. You don't hear a train but you can hear its whistle sometimes.
Breakfast and coffee were very good.

The staff were friendly and kind. The breakfast was simple and delicious. The room was very clean and comfortable.
I couldn't figure out how to use the jacuzzi tub and the drain wouldn't stop fully for a proper bath.

Stayed here for one night with my parents during our West Coast road trip. The house is charming with a lovely back yard, in somewhat good neighborhood if you don't take the wrong side street. Nice walking distance to restaurants in the city center. Nice to have a good parking spot also so close to the city!
Honestly we felt quite unwelcome and downright ignored by the staff. This was a stark contrast to other charming places we stayed at during our trip where everyone was always so welcoming. The girl at the reception seemed annoyed that we interrupted her phone time, no welcome or a smile, AirPods on. As soon as she was done with us she returned to her spot in the living room with feet on the table on her phone. So strange. At breakfast we barely got a good morning from anyone either. We did not have enough towels in the room but other than that no issues, probably would not recommend this place to a friend unfortunately because of the unfriendly service.

The house was immaculately decorated and maintained, The grounds were well maintained and had several outdoors seating for guests to maintain distance and comfort. The staff were friendly and amazing. It was a very quaint and cute house.
The rooms were fairly small, but we were only there one night so it was fine.

Location was great for walking downtown but it was close to the trains that made loud noise. Yard was gorgeous.
Staff could have been more informative and available. We had to ask for everything. Coffee was not available until 7 am.

The breakfasts were very delicious and gourmet. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was close walking distance to downtown restaurants. The grounds were beautiful and a good place to sit and have conversation.
The train tracks were a couple blocks away, and the train whistle sounded multiple times as it approached town and went through town all during the night. It was very loud and woke me up. There was no regular staff at the reception desk, and the young woman who checked us in did not give us much orientation. We didn't know there was a refrigerator in the room in a closet. Cleaning was not immaculate.

The main house and the grounds were very nice, tidy and well kept. It was close to the venue that I was there for and easily accessible for my Uber drivers. My room, not in the main house, seemed clean and was fairly comfortable. It was very hot the day I arrived and it was thoughtful of them to have the air on in my room so that it was cool when I got there.
I was unaware that there was a separate building on the property, probably my fault for not researching too closely. The photos of the rooms on the website were beautifully done in a Victorian style, which is what I thought I was paying for. This was my first stay in a bed and breakfast and sorry to say, not what I expected with my plain jane hotel room. Breakfast was on time but the pancakes were under cooked so I just ate the fruit off of them. The staff was friendly, when they could be found. I had trouble at check in because nobody was there and they weren't answering the phone that said "dial 0 for assistance". Please be aware that this location is right by the train tracks that stop blowing the whistle at 12:30am and start up again at 6:30am. I suggest earplugs for the train and the very thin walls in the carriage house.
