The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was so very comfortable...I wish it wete mine. The staff I interacted with were very pleasant and informative and the light breakfast in the morning was good to get the day started

Not a pleasant experience

I did not enjoy their breakfast. They served muffins and bread to toast, cereal, yogurt, coffee and tea. The room I was placed in was miserable. First night I slept on the bed and I got very itchy. I moved to the sofa and it was the same. The walls are so thin that I literally heard every footsteps and conversations from the upstairs and next door room. The worst part was being woken up from the housekeeping staff talking very loudly because my room was next to their laundry and housekeeping facility. As for the shower, after 4 minutes the water would get cold.

Disappointed

Pleasant staff and great location

The couch in our room (110) was in really bad shape with fecal stains on cushions and a huge tear on arm with foam exposed. In a word it was gross! I’ve seen better furniture at Goodwill.

The location was very close to the University. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable.

The parking lot is very tight. The refrigerator in our room was quite noisy when the compressor turned on or off. Did not have a chance to have breakfast, as I had a very early flight to catch, and the front desk would not make any accommodations for an out-of-hours breakfast.

Well-priced accommodation in a great small city

Eugene is a great, laid-back city, and this is a good place to stay. Even though it's a little way from the downtown, the EmX express bus stops close by, and the nearby university campus is a nice area.

Enjoyable stay

Cleanliness and the friendly maid staff. Breakfast was good. Great location Refrigerator, microwave, and all the toiletries in the shower were a great bonus. Didn't use the pool but it was very clean. If we visit Eugene again in the future we will stay here.

Very very small bathroom. Shower curtain could be longer and lined or upgraded. Parking lot is too small. Very tight spots. Better be a very good parker for this lot. Just a note about Eugene there's a lot of one way streets and bus lanes. A quick tip to get around to the campus is to go right out of the hotel then turn right after track town pizza and then turn right on villard Street and go across Franklin at the light to get to the campus. ( Mind you if there's no traffic to go across to13th from the hotel) Otherwise you have to do a huge loop in the other direction just to cross the street. This probably doesn't make much since, but trust me it will when you see it. 😁😁😁

1970ish rooms for way too much money. Convienent location.

Old felt icky rooms and for move out weekend( and ncaa track finals) they charged over $500 a night. Will not stay here again. Teeny tiny old bathroom and bottom of bathroom door was rotted wood. Popcorn ceilings. Stain on top of one of the comforters. old yellowish /nuclear lighting. Furniture dinged up. Chair old and stained. Had a weird smell.

Comfort & value

The sheets were divine!! They were SO soft and silky and I felt super comfy. They also let me store my bags after check out which was very helpful. The breakfast wasn't exceptional but it did the trick and thought it was good considering the value.

The wifi was not great, so upgrading to a more powerful connection would make the stay even better.

Perfect for what it is

Perfectly located for Uao visit. Recently refurbished. Clean, good beds.and bedding.

You could feel the coats of paint on making the room smaller. The cost of fresh paint on the bathroom door couldn't hide that it needed to be replaced.

Run down motel in need of TLC

The location is the highlight of this motel - it's right across the street from the University. The bed was also comfortable, but it's downhill from there.

Covered parking, across the street from UO.

Noisy construction going on an adjacent property, and someone came in playing their car stereo with the bass way up and we could feel the vibrations from the music. During the night there was loud talking in a nearby room. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Pay more money for a nicer, cleaner place. This place is a dive.

Room has super small bathroom/toiler area, pillows hard, floor without carpet and felt dirty to feet, only 2 cups of coffee provided, couch dirty and I wouldn’t sit on it. Room smelled of smoke even though advertised as non smoking, room smelled of urine or it was right near laundry room.
