I booked this room for my husband who had to work in town. He stated the staff was friendly - and the room was comfortable. For him it was perfect for business travel. It's also affordable, and in a nice location,

excellent location across from the basketball arena. excellent value.
slightly run down, such as missing pieces of concrete on stairs and outdated curtains. but everything was functional and clean.
