Overall a very nice place to stay in Eugene, and near enough to downtown

It was a convenient location, I could come and go as I please. The room was nice and clean.

The shower was a bit small, but I am a large person. They replaced the TV because it wouldn't pair with my phone.

My overall experience was very good!

The breakfast was fine, with many good choices of food.

The corner room was very dark, with no outside light , I believe room 122. I used my cellphone's flashlight to confirm the room number and then use the key-card to get in.

The pool was a disappointment. One day the pool was closed and the other days it was open but it was very cold. They told us it was heated but it did not feel like it

Solid mid-priced choice to spend the night near the UO campus

Room and facilities were very clean and comfortable, despite being small. Breakfast was nice, with a good amount of hot food options. Staff was pretty friendly too. Location is right next to the UO campus.

Room was smaller than I expected. The shower area was too small to get even a basic shower done.

Great location in Eugene

This was in a great location for the work location I needed to access. It is across the street from the UofO as well. The parking was plentiful and easy to access. There was plenty of room in the breakfast area. There was no business center, but the staff allowed me to work in the breakfast area until my room was ready.

My room had not been thoroughly cleaned. It smelled like someone had thrown up in the room. The staff provided me with an air spray that helped.

Comfy and restful

We had a room on the first floor, far from the street. It felt very private and restful.

The gray color scheme wouldn't quit. I felt like I was in a black and white photograph. Even the artwork in our room was predominantly gray and very dreary in their subject matter. I laughed out loud when we went in the dining room for breakfast and all the furnishings were gray. The 2 parking places in the corner of the lot right outside our room would have been very difficult to get out of. I don't think they should be parking places. I think they should be marked as walkways.

The location for what I needed was perfect. The room was comfortable and clean and nice for the price.

The lobby was clean, very presentable, and a very good receptionist

Foul smell in room. Carpet was so soiled I didn't want to take my shoes off. Carpet had areas where the foam pad had deteriorated. Areas on the floor that squeaked as you walked on it. Both chairs had stain spots on them. Bedding sheets were very rough and possible too much detergent when washed. The toilet in the bathroom was the height for toddlers.

Great hotel, amazing location and a staff that truly cares!

Ever you one was so nice and welcoming. My boyfriend forgot his belt and they went as far as looking in lost and found for one to use. The grounds were clean, breakfast was delicious and the rooms were extremely clean.

We were. There for love in weekend for the university of Oregon and the prices were tripled, quite literally. Not that the staff had anything to do with that, it’s a corporate thing. Word to the wise, book in advance to avoid the price gouging. That being said, the hotel is right across the street, we had a 5 minute walk to our kids dorm.

Enjoyable and easy stay in Eugene

Very clean rooms and comfy beds. Even though the hotel was busy check in was easy and very friendly. We enjoyed the pool as well. Loved seeing ducks from our balcony.

Pool towels were out (the front desk staff was able to provide us with towels when we asked). Breakfast was very crowded and a little underwhelming.

I was bummed that there wasn't a hot tub! Also, the question for lighting in my room and the emoji face was a bothered face because I don't like the bright led lights. Otherwise, the lighting was good.

No Breakfast For Us

My husband left to get us breakfast to go today at 9:25am. When he got to the breakfast room, they said that it was too late to get breakfast, even though other people were still eating at the tables and there was a lot of food out. My husband asked if he could grab 2 plates of food really quickly to take back to our room, and they said no. At this point, it was 9:35am when he returned. We expressed our dissatisfaction to the front desk person, who offered no help or compensation. Part of the reason we booked this hotel was for the breakfast!

The wifi is not great in several parts of the hotel and they should fix it or let guests know. I ended up moving rooms. The heat/AC is really lousy- loud and blows air that is too hot or too cold. Location is about 8 min away from downtown...so its a quieter strip. If you want more restaurants, bars, markets to walk to, pick something downtown

Location perfect. Breakfast amazing. Room great. Front desk person when we arrived wonderful, shared good information willingly. And shared of herself, a fantastic first impression of Eugene.

We need to leave the breakfast area almost right at 9:30. We were not getting any more food and just had wante to hang out a bit.
