We requested refills on lotion and conditioner, as those 2 bottles were basically empty upon our arrival. This never occurred.

I didn't like that I had to pay for parking. You need to state that you have no control over the parking in this downtown location. I would have liked to know before we spent 10 hours traveling. I would have still stayed here. All in all, the best hotel and staff in this area.

I showed pictures to the desk clerk of inadequate cleaning I.e. the shower wall had hair on it and had stains that appeared cleanable, no one had cleaned around the back of the toilet in a long time and the seat was quite obviously damaged, the faucet was grimy under the handle, our fitted sheet came off early in the night and kept coming off all night, the comforter cover on the comforter was REALLY scratchy. Walls were thin and road noise was loud. I have pictures of most of these things.

The breakfast was poor. Worst of the 4 hotels visited. The coffee had no flavor. Pay to park was more than advertised. Parking checkout was an hour before hotel checkout time.

The hotel is centrally located in downtown Eugene.

The hotel location was great. Walkability to many local sites, restaurants and city events during the weekend.

We always welcome a complimentary breakfast. However, during our stay, the main breakfast items provided were in need of much improvement - visually and in quality. I asked someone what the items were that I pointed out. The Turkey Bacon, aside from being mysteriously looking, lacked any taste. The Egg Bites had a strange texture without any hint of taste to indicate what they were made of until we asked. The Fried Eggs, as served, were literally flat as pancakes and cold. The poor Canadian Bacon had the appearance and texture of having been microwaved beyond being edible. The coffee, juice, bagel and yogurt were good. Luckily there was a good diner four blocks away, Mandy's, which we frequented.

Great venue with a few bumps

The front desk staff was amazing, housekeeping was pleasant and helpful, breakfast staff did their job no complaints.

I would have expected a hot tub for the price, disappointing. One of the elevators had a floor alert that was loud, obnoxious and jarring. Not sure why since the other elevator was fine. It would have been nice to have an actual channel guide showing currently playing programs but this seems to be a failure of nearly every hotel I've been in.

The room was so spacious. The hotel is located in the perfect spot to walk everyone we wanted/needed to. The staff was super friendly.

The parking spaces are TINY! I was afraid my car was going to get hit. Also, the breakfast was meh. I’ve had much better, even for a free continental breakfast.

The free breakfast is a pass. I would rather just have a great cup of free coffee. The food is not good and the coffee is terrible. I am sorry to be negative but I couldn’t drink it.

Sound proofing issues. On a scale of 1-5 with sound proofing worst at 1 & best at 5 it was a 3. Not horrible but annoying. And the hotel should admonish groups of teens boys they cannot watch sports at 1am!

Room was not as clean as it should have been. Honestly looked dirty especially the bathroom. We booked this hotel particularly because it had a breakfast included. When we checked in we were given our room keys in a paper card which had a small note stapled to it mentioning that breakfast was served 6-930. We went down at 6 so we could get an early breakfast and hit the road and we were met with a note at the breakfast area saying no breakfast due to short staffing. …. Seems like somebody could have told us that when we checked in. Pretty disappointing overall and would never stay there again.

Comfortable room and yummy breakfast

The room was well-appointed, an accommodating kitchenette, and the shower was good. The beds were really comfortable and the black out blinds were great. They had a great breakfast with multiple hearty options.

Wifi didn’t work. We pulled in late, & I didn’t want to try & fix it then. The front desk gave me an alternative password in the morning. It appears Hilton wants you to sign up for emails/ads in order to qualify for free Wifi. Frustrating.

Decent room, better for a longer stays

Decent stay in the downtown area. Suitable for longer stay as has all the kitchen facilities in the room. Large room and good beds, view at the street. Parking is included (need to collect a parking permit from the front desk).

The room is decent and clean, but not "cozy". That is, just not for my taste. Breakfast is of a standard American type (very basic).
