Next year I would probably stay somewhere else for the function I went to.

Location to work function

1 of 2 elevators was broken down. I came at the same time last year and 1 of the elevators were broken then. Since the hotel has a check in on the 4 floor the elevators situation was a problem. The clean glasses in our room were on the bottom shelf 3 inches from the floor (yuck). They should be higher up. The desk top or bathroom would be better than sitting next to the floor. $20 for parking is a little too much. Should be free if staying the night.

We called to verify the hot tub was working and was told it was not. We didn't want to stay if all of the amenities were not available. Needless to say $20 to park. They charged us anyway. Big hit for folks on SS.

Very Slow Elevators, long waits Odd to have lobby on 5th floor. All other Hyatts include complimentary breakfast, have to pay here and attendant was rude.

Great place to stay with shops and restaurants surrounding it.

It was convenient for our plans. They are more for the Ducks home games instead of a vacation or business trip.

It was hard getting into the building. You have to take an elevator to the fourth floor to get to the hotel lobby. The elevator entrance is a hole in the wall. Once you find it though, you’ll have a how did I miss that moment.

Convenient location near the freeway and Oakway open-air mall, really nice bathroom. The breakfast is much better than competing hotels.

It was very loud. Almost like a generator was outside our window. At check in, the third party booking didn’t carry over so I almost had to pay twice but after talking to 2 different employees it was taken care of.

Love the location, it's within walking distance to dining and shops. Has a great patio and decent bar with good hours. Decent staff that are friendly.

The price is too much. They have added additional fees which were not shown when booked. Like $20 a night to park. We were not told of other options and put on the spot. Breakfast used to be free now charged $11.00 a person which is heat and eat garbage. The garbage bin in our room had the prior stays yogurt in it. No room service for meals. $700 for two nights not worth it....price gouging.

Five-star rooms in an excellent location.

This is an excellent hotel in an excellent location. The rooms are superb and I was impressed with the hotel staff and the breakfast was first rate. With both indoor and outdoor parking the huge number of stores and restaurants all within walking distance.

The staff was unprepared for the breakfast demand. The abundance of older athletic students was overwhelming to the availability of breakfast foods available. They were plainly overwhelmed. Overflowing trash & stacked dishes covered every available surface! Very disappointing. We basically left & had to find someplace to eat breakfast.

WE APPRECIATED THE PRICE. OUR ROOM WAS SO CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. THE STAFF WAS KIND AND HELFFUL ON EVERY ASPECT. THE POOL WAS NICE...COULD HAVE BEEN A BIT WARMER. WE LIKED THE OVERSIZED HOT TUB. THE BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS. OUR BLESSINGS AND THANKS TO ALL. YOU ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED

I WANTED A LITTLE SNACK AFTER THE BAR CLOSED. I CHOSE A COUPLE OPTIONS FROM YOUR LITTLE MINI STATION ACROSS FROM THE CHECKIN DESK. I WAS ALL HAPPY THAT I FOUND A LITTLE TREAT. A BOX OF PEANUT BUTTER PIECES AND A BAG OF POMOGRANET/CHOCOLATE PIECES...HOWEVER, WE WERE TOLD THE PRICE FOR THESE TWO ITEMS TOTALLED $10! WE PAID IT, BECAUSE WE FELT TOO EMBARRASED TO RETURN THEM...BUT....LET US DO BETTER HERE...WE'LL KEEP A WATCH OUT NEXT TIME. YOU LOST A LITTLE OF OUR TRUST AND RESPECT ON THIS ONE. IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE HAD THE POOL AREA CLOSED TO KIDS AT 9PM AND ALLOW THE ADULTS TO ENJOY A QUIT SWIM AND SOAK UNTIL 11PM - WE ENDED UP NOT SWIMMING BECAUSE THE KIDS WERE ROUGH HOUSING WITH EACHOTHER AND AN ADULT, AND WERE YELLING. WE ARE THANKFUL THEY WERE HAVING FUN, BUT IT WAS TOO MUCH FOR US EMPTY NESTERS

Absolutely recommend.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Valerie (who was working in the gallery/restaurant) was especially pleasant, and the food and drinks were great. The boxed breakfast was very convenient, though I found there were also plenty of great restaurants in the attached complex. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Only complaint was a neighboring room with a barking dog. Everything else was wonderful.

Our room at Hyatt Place worked perfectly for our family of 5 (3 kids, 5yr, 8yr, 11yr). The room was clean, staff was friendly and had a fantastic continental breakfast. There were also multiple other restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

Lovely modern hotel with great service from staff and lovely amenities.

Breakfast was good. room was very modern and clean. The sky bar was excellent with great staff and with the addition of food experience made for a great stay.

The checkin process was a little onerous as the hotel was on the top 3 floors so when arriving by car we had to find parking on the 4th floor before checkin. There was very little information on how to access the parking area when first arriving. Also during our stay, one of the lifts was out of service and the heavy traffic on the remaining lift made for a long wait, making the use of stairs a preferred option.

Crazy parking and check in process

The room was beautiful and spacious. We had a nice sitting area along with 2 queen sized beds. The bathroom was clean and spacious with a walk in shower and glass doors. Despite being in a busy location with a mall and busy arterial, our room was very quiet. The room also had a nice closet and large dresser. Coffee maker and refrigerator made it very attractive.

The parking and check in process was confusing. The hotel parking being gated off required us having to park on an alternate level, walk back to the street level then ride an alternate elevator to the main lobby on the 5th floor. After checking in and getting our room key, we had to go back down to the street level and take an alternate elevator to our car then using the card key, we were able to get into the hotel parking lot. This was crazy!!
