Spacious, two sinks, balcony. Great breakfast with lots of choices on plates with silverware. Nice lobby with snacks and the side bar that’s on until 10!

The heater system. Either I don’t know how to operate it or it’s too bad you can’t turn the heater down without the cooler coming on!

Stay in main hotel building

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great with a wide variety of options. The main hotel building was beautiful and clean. Staff were so friendly.

I didn't know that we would be staying in an old building. I thought we would be staying in the hotel building that was shown in the picture. The carpet in the hotel room was worn and dirty looking. Both bedspreads had a stain near the end of the bed where your feet would go. The shower was difficult to turn on, and I had to duck to get my hair wet and I'm only 5'7".

It was very pleasant- room was good, staff was great and on-site food options were very convenient.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had been updated and looked pretty modern. It had a large TV, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, outdoor deck overlooking a creek/ greenbelt. Hot breakfast also included.

The bathroom was clean and somewhat updated but I think new bathtubs/showers and a new door into the bathroom would help to complete the updating of the hotel room.

Perfect for family weekend!

We love the location, all the staff are so friendly, from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the bartender! We will come back to Hayward Inn for every visit to UO!

Location was good and it wasn't too far from Autzen stadium. Furniture and decorations were clean and modern. Right next to Track town pizza, which is cool..

The room is spacious and looks very nice. The bed is comfortable.

We are disappointed about the breakfast. We were there a bit before 9:00am but most of food was gone and I waited for re-fill, but it didn't happen. The countertop was quite messy.

Tub was dirty, room was loud, room felt worn. It was game day, so $400 felt insane for what was provided as we weren’t there for the game. So value was terrible for us.

Perfect for UO move in weekend!

The location was perfect for moving in our Oregon Duck! Easy walk to his dorm. The staff was amazing and so helpful in answering any questions. We loved that the property had a hot breakfast in the morning and a restaurant/bar for the evenings, plus a little market. Parking was easy and check in/check out was a breeze!

Awesome!! The city is tranquil and beautiful and the people are very kind and generous.

The staff were very kind and friendly!　When I had an electrical problem in my room, one staff member came to my room and quickly fixed the problem by moving a heavy refrigerator. The staff was also kind to me when I forgot my room key. I couldn't be more grateful😭 Also, as the one from outside the U.S., I was happy that the room had a microwave and freezer so I could try American frozen foods and some deli. It was also very impressive that I could go to a nearby river and easily get in touch with beautiful nature of Eugene.

The balcony was nice, but my room was on the first floor, so I could not use it that much. That's all.

Main building had it all! Great staff, clean smelling, new, everything worked well, exercise room and breakfast were very good. We were able to check into one room early to store luggage and freshen up!!

We requested rooms close to each other. The first desk clerk (David?) let us know the second room was not ready, but failed to mention where it was. 1/2 our party were sent WAY to back old building. The "water view" was a musty old creek as was the room. We tried to change but front desk said nothing was avail in main building. our friends then came back to front desk after spending a few minutes in back room. Both had headaches from the smell. The evening desk clerk was able to move them into the main building.

The staff here are wonderful and friendly. The main property/building is amazing and the breakfast was outstanding.

The additional buildings, exterior, were fine but were not at the same level as the main building. The price was extremely high for what we got, but it's to be expected during big events.

Welcoming, convenient and walking distance from campus.

The location is ideal and walking distance to Hayward Field. The staff were courteous and extremely kind. It was perfect for the track meet season.

Water filling stations are not on all floors. Make sure to ask the front desk where you can refill your water bottle.

You cannot go wrong staying at the Hayward Inn

Everything! The hotel was clean, very fancy, and in a beautiful location just outside of downtown. The fitness room has enough equipment to keep you in shape twice over. The breakfast room (breakfast provided!) was spacious, well-appointed, and served a large variety of items. And the staff!!! Especially David. Everyone was polite and eager to help. So much so that we decided to stay an extra night on the spot.
