It was fine for what we needed but could have been cleaner.

It was reasonably priced for what we needed which was a one night stop to visit a friend while passing through. The location was convenient as well.

The room could have been cleaner. There were a few spots on the wall in obvious places that looked like they may have been boogers. One wash cloth had a stain on it.

The location was great! Close to everything.

There was candy bar in my lamp, my room had a strange smell. And my comforters were stained with what looked like blood. A the elevator being out of service was a real inconvenience.

Perfect Hotel!

This was my 2nd stay at a Comfort Inn in two weeks. One in Michigan and one in Indianapolis. Both properties were EXCELLENT, clean (sparkely clean). I loved that breakfast was provided at both hotels. I am definitely a "comfort Inn" person now.

Don't stay unless you like stairs

Breakfast was good.

The elevator was broke the whole time we were there. I told them I had a bad knee and could not walk up and down stairs. They did nothing to help. I ask for a nights comp They gave me 15%. That won't cover the doctor bill. Also they only change out towels every 3 days. That's not healthy.

Parking lot flooded during rain storm upon return to hotel after the evening venue we attended. Parking lot drain system left several cars with water almost up to the bottom of the door frame along the front parking areas. Elevator was not working in the evening. 2nd floor hallway had a strong smell of marijuana and it permeated into our room through the bathroom ventilation system. Hotel is supposed to be non smoking. My throat was scratchy and I had the worst headache all night long because of it. Adults were running and being loud in the hallways throughout the night. Second guest heard it because they slept closest to the door. I did not as I was sleeping next to the A/C unit. Told front desk and all they could do was notify the Manager. Disappoint that a small discount t wasn’t offered to compensate. Shower head trickled water - no strong pressure.

Dangerous floors for disabled patrons

The pool, and location

Staff was not easily accessible except by phone. And the main floors and elevators were always wet from unattended youth running from the pool. Which was dangerous for me being disabled

When we booked, we clearly stated we'd have five people. They gave us a room with two beds, but we had no place for our fifth person, so we asked for a cot or rolling bed. They had nothing, so my 14-year-old son ended up sleeping in a very small chair and then the floor all night. That wasn't cool.

Super clean and no smell, bed was comfy with plenty of plush pillows.

Only downside is that the breakfast was a little short on options, but had the standard waffle maker, yogurt, cereal, and egg/bacon.

Pleasant

A relatively new property, so facilities and amenities are modern. Appreciated the coffee machine being available 24/7. The breakfast was basic, but satisfactory. There were several fast food outlets, restaurants and a Walmart within walking distance.

A Surprisingly Affordable Gem

This hotel is a pleasant surprise. The room rate was very reasonable - so much so that I had some concerns before arriving. But everything about the hotel greatly exceeded any expectations - from courtesy of front desk snd housekeeping staff to the clean and well-maintained facilities to the convenience of shopping, dining, and access to other parts of the city. I stayed here for two days during a solo trip to explore bike paths around the southeast and Midwest. This was not the most expensive stay, but the quality of service and care were the best of my trip.

I liked the fruit, yogurt and waffles. Coffee, juice, eggs and sausage/bacon were fine. I would have liked to have a banana. I appreciated having the front desk staffed 24 hours because I had to check out at 3 am. Bed was comfortable. The elevator was out of order which may have inconvenienced some guests. My room was on the 3rd floor and I actually viewed the stairs as a form of healthy exercise! There is also a fitness room, but I didn't have time to try that or the indoor pool out.

Hot water for instant oatmeal should have been near boiling. Window in my room was dingy, but I understand that it's expensive to have the outside of third floor windows cleaned.
