Clean and well priced hotel near local restaurants and businesses.

The hotel is located in a easy spot of the highway. It is close to restaurants and shopping. It was very clean. We had a remodeled room so it was very nice. I like that it had a microwave and mini refrigerator. It also had a desk and chair if you had to do work. I liked that there were black out curtains.

Unfortunately there was a device on the ceiling that blinked every minute or so with a green light. We only discovered it when we turned off the lights for bed at 1:00 am at that point we were too tired to call the front desk about the issue. We just went to sleep with the light. It bothered myself but not my daughter who was too tired.

I thought I was booking suites. But apparently I did not and so we had to shuffle children around to other families rooms to sleep.

Beware of prepaying for a room, they will say it declined and you will end up paying twice.

I prepaid through booking.com to use my reward points, and the charge was on my credit card. Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Fishers claimed the payment was declined, and I had to pay for the stay. As a result, I paid 400.00 dollars for a one-night stay. I had to contact booking and my bank to explain the situation and demand a refund from one or the other. Both did an investigation, and booking.com refunded my money after a month’s investigation. Also, it was an old white lady that checked me in with a nasty attitude and didn’t seem to care about my claim to have already paid, and I had proof.

I like that the location is off the highway and it is quite. The rooms are clean and the staff are prompt and friendly.
