We left 3 days early. Not a comfortable hotel for us.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good.

Beds are very high made it difficult for me 5’6” to get into. The mattress was very firm and uncomfortable. The pillows smelled. The glass shower door stuck, even my husband couldn’t open it easily.The carpet in our room as very dirty. The chair in the was uncomfortable.

Staff was friendly

The bed was noisy, everytime you moved it made the loudest, most awful noise. There were kids screaming and yelling all night and a dog barking!

It was ok, the rooms were decent, facilities were lacking.

The pool wasn’t up and running. The person at the front desk said that my daughter could use the pool, then came in and said that she had to leave because the room was getting painted. They did allow her to go to the hotel next door. I also was under the impression that breakfast was complimentary, however it was not.

Nice hotel

Beautiful property with an indoor and outdoor pool. Comfy beds and very clean. The staff were very helpful and nice. The patios were awesome to sit on at night and just relax!

Room was expensive because of events in the area. How about lowering your prices when that happens? I would've stayed 2 nights if it was so much. I think the Hiltons have money to burn..

Hilton is the bomb!

The front staff was so nice and accommodating. We asked questions about area attractions for kids, and they were so helpful. Also, breakfast was very good, and the lady helping us went above and beyond treating us as family. The room was clean, and the pool was fun for the kids.

Lightning in the rear parking lot could have been better. In addition, the entry door at the rear parking lot entrance was unlocked still at 1:15 a.m. I was able to walk in without having to use my key. As a security director with excess of 25 years for a major hotel chain in the State of Indiana, this was unacceptable and clearly placed the safety of hotel guest in jeopardy.

only problem we had was the water was off because of a plumbing issue. We never got notified it would be off for while we just noticed when our toilet didn’t flush and no running water

The place is beautiful. Very clean and modern. Great breakfast options along with continental buffet. David was our server for breakfast. He is awesome! Very quiet place and great value.

The pool was not open in which was disappointing.
