Well kept and clean.

The staff putting in the wrong check out time and our key not working and the front desk not recognizing the mistake and giving my husband a horrible time when he went to fix the issue.

Clean, friendly staff, awesome breakfast options.

Personally I thought the pillows were uncomfortable but my partner loved them.

It was well kept!

I was satisfied with the fact that the bar was not available upon arrival.

Room was great for me and my two teenagers. Beds were very comfortable. Walkable to lots of restaurants.

The location and the fact that it was like a little apartment. It was awesome!

The location was convenient to where we needed to be.

I was double charged by the actual hotel after I paid on booking.com as well. Our entire group was double charged with some even being tripled charged and there was supposedly no manager there to assist anyone so they gave us the assistant GMs card, Will Payton, to call which had yet to call anyone back. A couple of people reached the GM today and received immediate refunds but I was told it would be 7-10 days by the receptionist for my refund. Several of our rooms were dirty with chip crumbs in the bed, and trash behind the pillows. The light switch is also behind the sliding barn door and everytime you move the door the light goes off while you’re inside. It was extremely annoying. The bar tender rudely told us we couldn’t eat dinner at the tables because we had outside food. I would have loved to just order off the menu however there was no options my kid would eat. Then she told us we couldn’t have outside drinks down there either. I will definitely not be staying at Hyatt anymore and will make sure both of our kids travel teams don’t as well.

Very modern and clean.

Nothing, the property was excellent in every way.
