Disappointing and expensive

It was in a good location according to my needs

I chose this location for my special needs son to be able to use the pool/hot tub to decompress after his 5 hour drive and was told after only 20 minutes in it they were closing it due to a chemical imbalance. The increased price I paid for the hot tub was not reimbursed and I didn’t feel like the person I spoke with cared at all.

The hotel was exactly what we needed. We were playing games in the living room of our suite when security came to our door and asked us to be quiet at 7 PM. We were not even being loud is the problem. We were playing games. They told us we could move down to the lobby and play where there was no room because clearly people were having parties down there. I do not recommend this place and I would never return. Still waiting for a call from the manager.

Nice staff, poor hotel.

Breakfast and staff were great.

Hotel is dated and poorly maintained. Peeling paint, cracks in walls, outdated televisions and loud/old heating. Pool was out of service due to broken glass for the 5 days I stayed. The elevators broke and were out of service for one. No compensation or reduction in cost was offered, which was irritating as I had booked this hotel specifically due to the amenities and the pictures making the hotel look less dingy than it was. I'm unlikely to stay again.

The room was awesome.

The only reason I booked this hotel was they had a pool and hot tub. They were painting so we couldn't use facilities. Pissed me off enough, I won't stay at one again.

Loved it. Exceeded my expectations

The staff was great! The room exceeded my expectations. It was spacious with so many more amenities than expected. The breakfast was great with new options each day. The fireplace was nice. The outdoor courtyard was impressive with grills, seating and a fire pit. The really awesome surprise was the Monday - Wednesday night social hour with free food, wine, and beer! The food is appetizers but easily amounts to a free dinner for the family. It was an awesome stay!

There were a few minor cosmetic flaws with the room; a missing pull handle on the French doors, a missing faucet defuser on the kitchen sink and a couple cosmetic things on the bathroom walls. Really no big deal.

Relaxing and enjoyable 😊

The location of the hotel to the fairgrounds, eateries, movie theater, etc. everything was within 15 minutes. Efficiency of housekeeping in replenishment of towels, toilet paper, etc. was appreciated. Complimentary washer and dryer in fitness center was an added bonus! Everything was clean, environment was calm and quiet.

Room size was good. Kitchenette was also nice with a large fridge. Coke machine for breakfast bar.

Breakfast was mid at best. Friday was just eggs, but the eggs were so crumbly they were a pain to eat. Weekend had turkey sausage that was poached and not seasoned at all. Coffee (dark roast) was watery and just not good. Hotel has a courtyard which you couldn't even sit in after 11 due to quiet time. Also no blinds in the rooms, only curtains that didnt block out the sun. My room the curtains weren't wide enough to cover the window, so it stayed bright.

Good, except for the breakfast mix up and the pool.

Rooms spacious, clean with a nice kitchen and we loved the Dove brand toiletries.

The desk clerk told us the wrong time for breakfast. We heard until 10:30, but when we got there at 9:30, they were already cleaning up and there was very little to eat. The workers cleaning up were not accommodating. The temperature in the pool area was unbearably hot. There must of been some kind of problem. When you looked up at the vents, they were missing, so my guess is they were being repaired? It was very hot outside on the day we visited - 90 degrees, but it felt cool compared to that space - It was probably way over 100 degrees.

I would stay here again

I thought the hotel was very well kept and very nice! Loved the basketball court for our son and his friends and that the pool was in that nice little building.

We were told that we couldn't have alcoholic drinks in the lobby due to a party that supposedly happened the week before, although there were no signs posted but it was ok if we were outside with them. It was rainy and chilly but the firepit was a nice touch.

The breakfast was fantastic … the room was amazing … everyone was able to stay and be comfortable …. The only thing that bothered me was the cabinet doors in the kitchenette needed fixed . They didn’t shut all the way …. Other than that I can not complain … I will def be staying again the next Time I’m up that way ….

The breakfast was decent, you could definitely eat until full.

I was quoted $301 through booking.com, however the hotel charged me $321, don't know where the extra $20 came from. The room lacked hand soap, there were nail clippings on the carpet and a bug in the fridge. For $130 per night, I expected more.

Was an okay stay, but staff didn’t do their job and didn’t seem to care when it was brought to their attention.

hotel was fairly clean and getting around was easy. parking was okay as well.

we stayed in a 2 room suite. first day, they only cleaned one of the two room and made 1 out of 3 beds. second day they didn’t come to the room at all. we had a family of 6 so towels, and garbage were an issue when they don’t get emptied and no extra garbage bags are provided for us to change ourselves. breakfast was somewhat okay first two days as they were extra busy and I’m sure they stayed on top of things. the third day however was horrible. almost everything was empty, both drink machines were not working for soda or juices. no waffle batter for the waffle makers. no bagels, muffins, or bread for toast. most fruits were empty. and there was a constant wait for people to get any kind of plates or silverware. none of which was an issue the prior two days.

Amazing 😍

The breakfast was delicious, a Mexican restaurant right next door with amazing Bahama Mama's. Excellent location with many restaurants and stores nearby. Quiet and security is excellent. Felt like home. The barbeque grills were amazing our steaks were perfect I love the pool on top of the outside sitting fire pit with the TV as it felt like a drive in my toddler loved it. The beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing.
