Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and would probably choose to stay there again.

The breakfast was nice. The common areas and the rooms were clean. Most of the staff went above and beyond. They made us feel right at home.

The tables in the breakfast area seemed low, compared to the seating. The pump bottles in the shower (handicapped accessible room) were a bit high. The bar light above the headboard wouldn't stay on. The couch/bench seating for breakfast seemed low to my boyfriend.

Staff seemed to be confused when i asked questions at check out about me getting my incidental deposit back The Breakfast buffet was not good, and I was watched the entire time I was making my plate by one of the staff, it made me very uncomfortable...like they don't want guest to eat the breakfast items that they sit out. Why must you monitor what ppl eat or how much they eat? The breakfast was not good anyway.

Frustrating check in, not the hotel stay that I expected for my Birthday.

Breakfast was great.

The pool was very cold and had way too much chlorine! So frustrating. The pool is why I picked this hotel. Today is my Birthday. I wanted to spend time in the pool but could not. We tried the pool on Thursday. Disappointed.

First stay at a SpringHill but will make an effort to always find one wherever we travel from now on.

The property was very clean and well appointed. The bed was so comfortable and the room was spacious.

The only complaint I can think of would be, the fitness room - the elliptical was out of order along with 1 of the 3 treadmills but those things tend to happen in a hotel. It was very clean though which as nice!

Breakfast was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Facility was clean and quiet.

Fridge had no freezer to redo our cold packs. Suite layout was a little wierd.

I would never stay again due to the fact that the front desk lady on Thursday night was super rude. How the staff treats

The baseball teams that were there when we were there were so loud/rude/obnoxious running around the hotel, and parking lot , throwing baseballs and hitting cars. Ding dong ditching people. Their parents were so loud late at night drinking in the lobby. Pool was gross.

I like the location and look of the facility.

This was my second stay, and there was another event going on. Second weekend in a row. Which is fine. But all night we heard thumps and bangs til around 2 in the morning. The first time it was til around midnight. And it’s expected with large groups but til that late is not right. And wouldn’t be accepted any other time! Then I was doubled charged for the room. When my reservation was already made and paid for before I even checked in. Yes my funds were returned after 3 days later when I noticed another room charge which threw my account negative. No sorry, nor trying to make things ok just “ we will return the double charged” and of course they returned the lesser amount paid through booking and not the higher charge made at the hotel. This was gonna be my weekend get away place but now I’ll have to look for another.

They denied helping me and did nothing to make me feel secure

Breakfast and daylight was the best of this trip

When u come to hotel and spend your money you want to feel a little secure and did not sleep stayed up all night and when I complained asked to be moved and they had the available rooms they denied me saying I was trying to use 2room I told them someone was playing outside my door this went on for hours as I didn't sleep even after it stop felt unsure and scared but never again...never ever want to experience what I did that night again and to think I asked for help and was denied I asked more than 2 times and was never offered a solution to the problem

Staff was very nice, the room was roomy and clean and nicely updated. Beds were comfortable. They had a good selection of snacks which we appreciated after getting in late after a road trip! The breakfast was also great - good variety and food was tasty!

We went to the pool area shortly after it opened. The door still had the "closed" sign up but we could enter with our key. We checked with the front desk staff just to confirm it was open before we entered. There was a bunch of trash presumably left over from the evening before. We alerted the front desk staff, and they cleaned it quickly. The water also looked a little murky so we were a bit nervous to get in but we didn't get a rash or anything so it was probably fine!

Exceptional

The room was extremely clean! The staff was so helpful. I didn't find what I was looking for in their convenience area, so I asked the front desk if they had an emergency item I needed. They said absolutely and asked how many I needed. Springhill also had one of the best continental breakfasts I have ever had a hotel, and my whole party agreed!
