Except for the noises in the morning, the room was very comfortable

Great location right off the interstate and lots of restaurants. Nice breakfast and coffee available anytime.

Extremely noisy. I was in room 100. Evidently that was the only room available when I checked in late. At 5 AM I can hear lots of banging and lots of voices evidently from the people who are preparing the breakfast in the morning. Maybe they should have a little bit more consideration for guests who are staying in rooms on the first floor near the lobby area.

Easy access to the highways and shopping/restaurants

We were unable to get a late check out. We only asked for an hour later but were told no. The front desk person was pretty rude and wrongly assumed we were with a “large group.”

Uncomfortable

When we got there, there were no keys because the key thing was broke. So we went to dinner and when we came back, there still was no keys. He was giving out the master key to people to get into their rooms. So he had to call a room to find out where the master key was. We had to wait and wait for key. He gave us the master key and then we took it back down right away. We were not happy that that key could get in any room and we were given it. it did not make us feel safe. So then at 9:30 at night the phone rings which wakes up our little girl. And he didn't answer then he called us again and wanted to know if we had the master key. Which made us feel very unsafe again to know that someone had the master key. And remember that breakfast does NOT go with the room price. We were not happy with our stay.

Location was good, bed was comfy, the guy at the front desk when checking in was friendly. We didn't stay for breakfast but it smelled good!

The carpet in our room around the bed was wet, like very wet (see picture). Maybe it could've been the AC unit? We checked in late and left early in the morning, so we didn't make a big stink about it, but we did tell them when we checked out. We booked a king suite with 1 king bed and a pull out couch. We had to put all the bedding on the pull out mattress ourselves. Not a big deal but it was kinda strange.
