Great room, location was perfect, fun atmosphere

Definitely a 5! Excellent hotel, customer service, great food. This isone of the best I have stayed during my travels for work and leisure! 😊 Jamal, hotel manager was very personable, joy to all who talk to him. Received a free upgrade to an awesome room, also received las minute late checkout for free!

Front desk staff are tremendous. Nice, helpful, & all smiles. The bar staff were also great. Great location off freeway, endless choices of restaurants and entertainment. A win all around.

Room was clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Surrounding area felt safe. Staff greeted us with a smile

Great location right by Nickel Plate Trail. Staff were extremely courteous. Hotel was spotless and even smells amazing. Will definitely stay again when visiting Hamilton County.

The employees are fantastic. There were a few that made my little 5 year old feel like he was "king of the world". The only negative is that all I could hear, all night long, was the sound of the centripetal motion of the washer machines spinning. This was going from about 2000 hrs until we left each day, about 0900 or so.

This hotel smells amazingggg!! Whatever they put through their forced air system is heavenly. The moment I walked through the front door I was greeted by this wonderful aroma and the manager, Erik, I believe, at the front desk was equally as wonderful. Everyone was friendly, helpful and made sure my friend and I had a great stay. Our room was perfect. Plenty of outlets for curling irons and other girly paraphernalia!☺️ There were even night lights in the bathroom so when the 2 cups of coffee and the entire water bottle I consumed that night woke up my bladder at 3 am, I didn’t need to burn my retinas by having to turn on the bathroom light! Lol!!☺️ I know, TMI! Although they have Keurigs in the room, I’m somewhat of a princess about my coffee in the morning and prefer the good old fashion drip. So I did have to pay for my coffee down in the bar, but it wasn’t overly priced, and because everyone was so friendly, I honestly didn’t mind. Besides, they had real 1/2 & 1/2 in a carafe!! This is a great hotel and can’t wait to go back!! They also have this Railroad theme which they creatively weaved throughout the decor’ of the hotel and a fun little photo booth in the lobby. We ran out of time to take advantage of that, but for sure we will next time! Oh! And how could I forget to mention the sparkling water and regular water machines next to the elevators on each floor?! Honestly! This hotel thought about everything!!😃

On a cross country train trip with my kids. This place was the perfect overnight stop. Such a cute area and well planned community, Everything is within walking distance. Super clean and new. Staff goes above and beyond. Such a treasure and great place for anyone who loves trains 🚂

Nice property with friendly staff. Our shower rail fell off , but maybe just a fluke. Street noise was apparent but not horrible. Easy walking to other places. Would stay again.

First time to Fishers and love this hotel and location! Very nice, close to a lot of bars and restaurants and close to concert venue. Jamal at the front desk was amazing … great to meet someone who loves his job and makes guest feel incredibly welcome !

From the moment you walk into the hotel, you’re greeted by an incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean, spacious, and super comfortable. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute drive to The Yard, and close to great shopping and tons of restaurants. I can’t wait to stay here again. Huge thanks to the entire staff for making my stay so enjoyable!
