Loved the hotel vibes! Staff were friendly. We were there right after Christmas and appreciated the free hot chocolate station! The restaurant was okay, but I wouldn't make a special trip there. It seemed popular for others from the area, though. I would've given a higher review, but they denied us any later check-out. Since it was my bday, and I didn’t sleep well due to the light coming in the cracks of the curtain/wall from outside, that was disappointing. Overall, we'd stay again if needed!

The room was beautiful and spotless, the staff was amazingly friendly - loved the place, only complaint was the TV - whatever service they use was terrible, bad pixelization and constant freezing of the video - made watching a movie almost unbearable. Loved everything else about the place.

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We loved the large hot shower and standalone deep soaking tub. We had a very relaxing stay. Check-in was a breeze and staff was exceptionally nice (shout out to Dominic!). Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will definitely be back!

Staff very customer service driven, friendly & accommodating! Property ( all areas inclusive of room) clean & modern. Special points and shout out for the "free of charge" filtered and sparkling water machines (right next to the ice machines) on each floor! Extra points also for the onsite restaurant DERAILED! The employees are fantastic. There were a few that made my little 5 year old feel like he was "king of the world". The only negative is that all I could hear, all night long, was the sound of the centripetal motion of the washer machines spinning. This was going from about 2000 hrs until we left each day, about 0900 or so.

This hotel smells amazingggg!! Whatever they put through their forced air system is heavenly. The moment I walked through the front door I was greeted by this wonderful aroma and the manager, Erik, I believe, at the front desk was equally as wonderful. Everyone was friendly, helpful and made sure my friend and I had a great stay. Our room was perfect. Plenty of outlets for curling irons and other girly paraphernalia!☺️ There were even night lights in the bathroom so when the 2 cups of coffee and the entire water bottle I consumed that night woke up my bladder at 3 am, I didn’t need to burn my retinas by having to turn on the bathroom light! Lol!!☺️ I know, TMI! Although they have Keurigs in the room, I’m somewhat of a princess about my coffee in the morning and prefer the good old fashion drip. So I did have to pay for my coffee down in the bar, but it wasn’t overly priced, and because everyone was so friendly, I honestly didn’t mind. Besides, they had real 1/2 & 1/2 in a carafe!! This is a great hotel and can’t wait to go back!! They also have this Railroad theme which they creatively weaved throughout the decor’ of the hotel and a fun little photo booth in the lobby. We ran out of time to take advantage of that, but for sure we will next time! Oh! And how could I forget to mention the sparkling water and regular water machines next to the elevators on each floor?! Honestly! This hotel thought about everything!!😃

From the moment you walk into the hotel, you’re greeted by an incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean, spacious, and super comfortable. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute drive to The Yard, and close to great shopping and tons of restaurants. I can’t wait to stay here again. Huge thanks to the entire staff for making my stay so enjoyable!
