We’ve eaten a lot of hotel continental breakfasts and this one was superior. Room was very clean. Mattress was so comfortable, my husband asked front desk what brand it was, desk staff didn’t know. Plan to contact corporate for that info. Pleased to find that check out is 12 noon. Nice not to have to hurry in the morning.

Location to restaurants and Fishers Event Center
We requested an early check-in multiple times as we were traveling from out of state and had an event to attend that evening. The property was not able to accommodate us not even 30 minutes early.

The room was a nice size with additional seating. It was clean
Attention to my booking confirmation. I was overcharged by $50 from what my confirmation said. Breakfast was not included in my price, which I can’t imagine why after what they charged me. Anyway, they wanted $8 for the breakfast. It was not good. Both the eggs and the sausage I had were old and there was no bacon as advertised Not worth the $8.

Booking.com listed my room would have a microwave in it when I stayed jan 12-14th and then when I re-booked for Jan 14-15th for another night that was needed that booking lists a room with amenities listing a microwave again but that was not correct. NO MICROWAVE. If it does not apply to my room then don't misrepresent and say it does. Know the Hotel Property you are partnered with. At checkout I complained my room had no microwave and the front person said it just listed but does not always apply. What?!!!
