A comfortable and enjoyable stay — perfect for our Model Church group getaway!

The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and check-in was smooth. The breakfast area was well-maintained, and the rooms were spacious and quiet. Our Model Church group really enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and convenient location.

Disappointed by my stay - I had expected a more comfortable experience.

The room was comfortable, I liked that there was a fridge and a possibility to make tea/coffee in the room. The room was also very clean and it was easy to get to.

I didn't like the breakfast. It was honestly really bland: tasteless and dried eggs and egg dishes. There was nothing else in the warm dishes for non-meat eaters. Basic bread/muffins etc. sure, and mostly really sweet stuff: only sweet yogurt, only sweet granola, only sweet everything - which did not work for me. The coffee was surprisingly weak, more like brown water. Oh well. The other thing I didn't like was the shower: it was so strong that it hurt my skin and there was no way to turn it down or adjust. Horrible. I could not shower in a relaxed way. Is this what you get for 250$ a night? I think that's too expensive. Finally, the guests were so loud in the lobby in the evening that there was no way to have a relaxed drink there. Too bad.

Location

Bathroom smelled horrible! It was a strong smell of urine. We did not stay there and they were full so another room was not an option. Phone did not work and TV was on when we walked in like someone just left in a hurry. Window blinds were pulled down almost to the floor and not straight. Front desk agent Brandon said we would get a full refund.

Great place if it was managed appropriately.

Nice location. We walked to IKEA. Top golf is nearby.

Our upstairs neighbors were super loud and inconsiderate. We complained multiple times to the front desk who seemed ill equipped or unwilling to resolve the issue. Finally quieted down after 4:00 a.m. Very disappointing!

Great home base in Fishers

This was our second stay at this hotel and we’d definitely continue to stay here. It’s walkable to a lot which is hard to do in this area. We had everything we needed and then some between the room and the rest of the property.

The property was wonderful! Friendly staff, clean rooms, and the location was great. Right outside the front door is a community of multiple restaurants. An added plus- IKEA is right next door! We will definitely stay here again whenever we’re in the area!

PERFECT LOCATION

LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR WHAT WE WERE DOING. CELEBRATING BIRTHDAY, SO EATING, GOLF, A FEW BARS AND WATCHING THE PACERS. WONDERFUL PLACE AND REALLY LIKED THE AREA OUTSIDE OR THE FRONT OF THE HOTEL AND HAPPY HOUR BEFORE OUR DINNER RESERVATIONS

I BOOKED THRU BOOKNG.COM . I CALLED THE HOTEL 3 TIMES ASKING IF MY PAYMENT WENT THRU. 2 TIMES I WAS TOLD YES AND 1 TIME NO. I HAD MY CC STOLEN AND HAD TO GET A NEW ONE. THUS THE REASON I CALLED. I CALLED ONE LAST TIME ON JUNE 10TH. SPOKE TO A GENTLEMAN NOT AT THE FRONT DESK AND HE SAID 100% THAT THIS WAS PAID FOR. I AM THINKING GREAT. WELL I GET THERE ARE I AM TOLD NO IT'S NOT, I QUESTION IT, I AND EMBARRASED, IN FRONT OF PEOPLE BECAUSE I'M TOLD IT WAS, ASKED TO SPEAK TO ANOTHER PERSON, SHE SAID SHE RAN MY CARD IN FEBRUARY AND REMEMBERS IT DIDN'T GO THRU.????? SO I'M LIKE WELL IF THAT IS THE CASE, THEN WHY, WHY WHY, AM I TOLD 3 TIMES IT IS FULLY PAID FOR. TO ME THIS WAS SOMETHING THAT REALLY UPSET ME AND THE HYATT PLACE IN FISCHERS. FOR A PERSON WHO WORKED IN TRAVEL AND A PERSON WHO ALSO PROFESSIONALLY TRAVELLED FOR WORK FOR 42 YEARS, I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED SOME TYPE OF NOTICE THAT IT DIDN'T GO THRU. PLUS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD HAVE BEEN A TAD BIT BETTER

This is a comfortable and peaceful hotel with great service.

I didn’t like that the breakfast options were not varied and lacked vegetables. They only offered eggs, bacon, potatoes, and refined sugars. It would be much better if healthier options were included.

Everything was so nice and clean! Very spacious rooms, beds were great! The location was very cool lots of things within walking distance!

The water pressure was really bad I couldn't hardly even wash my hair it was like a drip! The pool wasn't warm and it needs a hot tub with it!! The price was a little high for me but I know everything is high right now!!

Our reservation was not honored. There were many people told the reservations were no good

We booked this property months ago, only to walk in and be told that our room had been given away and they made accommodations at another hotel for us. No compensation, no nothing all of our plans had to get changed and rearranged, and moved two blocks over. What is the point of a reservation?

We usually get a suite but this time it didn’t have a microwave or the center island to sit at. I was really disappointed and wanted to switch but my husband was already settled in. I guess we’ll know better next time to get the cheaper but better King Suite.

This hotel was very clean, great gym facility, our room was spacious & the beds were comfortable. The location was great, close to ikea, top golf, lots of restaurants, and and great area to walk around.

The hotel charged my credit card at the beginning of the stay and additionally placed a hold with almost the same amount for some reason. When I asked about this at checkout, they said it is their common practice and the additional hold will be removed within 5-7 days. Its been 14 days now and the hold has not been removed from the credit card balance, which is annoying.
