Hotel is very nice, but the cost for a breakfast which was cold was uncalled for.
The room was a nice size with additional seating. It was clean
Attention to my booking confirmation. I was overcharged by $50 from what my confirmation said. Breakfast was not included in my price, which I can’t imagine why after what they charged me. Anyway, they wanted $8 for the breakfast. It was not good. Both the eggs and the sausage I had were old and there was no bacon as advertised Not worth the $8.

Couple of staff members made their presence unfitting for the rest of the company, but I chalked that up to they who slip through the cracks as in every company. They highlight the rest of those that are A plus as authentic

It served it's purpose

Booking.com listed my room would have a microwave in it when I stayed jan 12-14th and then when I re-booked for Jan 14-15th for another night that was needed that booking lists a room with amenities listing a microwave again but that was not correct. NO MICROWAVE. If it does not apply to my room then don't misrepresent and say it does. Know the Hotel Property you are partnered with. At checkout I complained my room had no microwave and the front person said it just listed but does not always apply. What?!!!
