Horrible business

Horrible experience with manager and office staff. Do not stay at Best Western and do not use booking .com. Neither party was able to resolve my issue and I was way overcharged for a room I didn’t even accept or sign into. Bad customer service.

For the area it was the cheapest option but not worth it. We should have spent $30 to stay across the street at the Hilt

The hotel was very close to all the shopping areas we wanted to visit.

The property looked like it just received some revamping but the work looked rushed. Upon arrival we noticed several cracked windows and a sewer smell in the hallway. We had to switch rooms because our toilet would not flush and kept overflowing.

Great location, very welcoming, helpful staff, excellent room and breakfast!

This BW is a great location for my business trips in the area, the room was very clean and neat, everything was in working order and the bed quite comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. I will stay here again!

Really no issues. The hotel was quite full on the night I stayed, looked like youth athletics in the area, so when I returned late after my business meeting, the lots were pretty full, so I had to drive around awhile to find an open parking spot, some distance from the hotel, but helped me to get my steps in for the day!

Nice hotel

Nice hotel. The staff were pleasant and it was clean. If you are a light sleeper you may want to bring a noise machine. The freeway noise was quite loud on our side of the hotel.

It was an okay stay.

Pool was outdoors, got a Spa Bath with King Bed and Spa Bath doesn't work anymore in the whole facility. Breakfast was very limited.

Overall, it was a bed to stay on a crazy busy day for your business.

The location was good and there are lots of options for food nearby. The pet room was right off the door and had easy access to take our dog outside.

There was a garbage wine bottle left in our room. The covers were not very warm on our beds, and I asked for some extra blankets and was given one thin blanket. The accommodations certainly didn't meet the price point for the stay... granted it was surge priced for the eclipse weekend.

Passable

About 15 minutes after we checked in, we had a group knocking on the door saying it was the room they had been assigned. We sent them to the front desk and they never returned. We left a little while later for a concert at Ruoff, came back and our room keys wouldn’t work. When we went to the front desk, he showed us a registration paper that was not the one I had signed at check in. It was a completely different name and stated that it was paid cash when I paid through this website. After about 20 minutes of not knowing if someone else had been given our room or whether our stuff was still there and in tact, he gave us new room keys with no explanation of what had happened and no more information other than the new keys. Thankfully our bags were still in the room and it didn’t look like someone else had been in there, but it was still awful to know that someone was fudging papers. I paid over $450 for a one night stay, which I thought was a little extravagant even knowing it would be a higher rate because of the concert traffic, but it was absolutely ridiculous to know that I had paid that much for a room and there was a question the entire time about someone else being assigned the same room and potentially going through our belongings. Nothing was offered for our issues, and we thought about packing up and going home, even at the late hour, just because we weren’t sure if someone was going to barge in because they had been given the same room. We ended up leaving early after only a few hours of sleep. I would never stay here again and never recommend it to anyone after this experience and the poor customer service.

My daughter and I came in last minute under stressful circumstances and Freddy was so incredibly kind. She listened to our story and was very helpful suggesting a place to eat. She also gave us some supplies we needed (we came with nothing). She was really quite wonderful!

You could tell the hotel was older.... our bathroom door didn't shut completely and there were some large cracks on the wall. The first floor hall carpet could use a cleaning, it's a heavy traffic area, so it's understandable

room was under par. took 3 minutes to run the water before it would get hot. counter in the bathroom was poorly repaired as it looked like it was broken in multiple pieces and in-experiencely put back together. very cheap bedsheets and the heater would not stay warm.

Pleasant

Nice location, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. Loved that they always had fresh coffee in the lobby. Staff member Gus was an excellent help to us during our stay.

Nothing too bad. Seemed there was some wall tile renovation going on, on the second floor, but we didn’t hear any commotion. Breakfast was the basic egg/cereal/waffles. AC was a bit loud and windows open without a safety screen on them.

Hotel was clean. Staff and manager very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good and nice selection. Good value. Would recommend booking through hotel since better rates than online.
