Ok stay for an overnight, but would not have wanted to use for an extended stay with kids.

Coffee was good, beds were very comfortable.

There was a very strong dog odor in the room. The only solution we were offered was a bottle of fabreeze.

It was clean and quite and the window opened I’ve never been in a hotel that had a window opened,

Umm the email I received when I booked online said not to give anyone any additional money and then when I got there the lady charged me another 32$ and her explanation when I mentioned the email I received said not to spend any more money that everything was already paid for was that ow we charge this to everyone for a gold but you’ll get most of it back when you leave, well I left at 6 am and it’s now 9pm and I still hav t got any of that back.

Will not stay at a Spark Hilton again.

Location was good, not far from TopGolf or other restaurants

While the room was decent and clean, the hallway smelled of weed and the elevator did not seem safe to ride on (creaky, tape holding signs together, and jerky). The door latch to the room did not work unless significant force was applied to shut the door completely. We had to transfer rooms for this reason. Front desk attendant was apologetic at first then gave attitude after concerns were expressed. Felt more like a budget hotel than anything else. Would not recommend.

After first day informed me they only cleaned room by request (not posted. Not on booking . Not during checking was it noted) requested room to be cleaned … and they failed to clean room even though it was noted at the desk. Disappointed coming home to a dirty room four of the five night stay

The room was disgusting. The pull out couch mattress was terribly stained and disgusting. The staff was rude and not helpful. I have tried to contact the manager several times and left messages but he has not cared enough to respond. It was an awful experience. So much that we checked out early and moved to a different hotel. I will NEVER stay again.

Great location, clean and inviting. All of the staff was very nice and did a great job. Rooms are nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and being pet friendly is great!

Breakfast would have been ok but it was never refilled. nobody was attending to it and a room full of people and nothing to get except waffles and really bad breakfast burritos. The coffee machine was being worked on and there was no orange juice at the time.

Location and size of the room.

At check-in I was told the pool heater had broke, but we could still use the pool. When we were looking for our room there were no signs on the wall. Telling us which way to go when we got off the elevator. Which there was no signs anywhere. Couldn't find the elevator either. When we got to the room it was like an ice box. The air conditioning was turned up full blast. The outlets in the lamp were broken. The shower floor had a low spot felt like I was going to fall thru the floor. The exhaust fan didn't work. The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. The TV was small. The walls are paper thin. Fell asleep to kids running around and people screaming in the floor above us. Woke up to a child screaming while they were giving him a shower. Could hear it plain as day. Went to get our drinks out of the mini frig. Everything was frozen. Me and my boyfriend travel all the time. This was one of the worst hotels we have stayed at. Also, check out on booking.com said 12. But it was posted at the hotel for 11a. I mentioned it to the staff member. He told us we could stay till 12p. But we left at 11a. Didn't trust it.

Convenience of location.

The elevator was loud and clunky. There were not light fixtures on some of the ceiling lights, the bathroom light was flickering. The phone was not in service. When we called from our cell they said they had a delivery of new phones. Breakfast wasn't available fully the second day of our stay. They seemed to have staffing issues. Other than that it was a quiet stay.

dirty-pool closed- tub didn’t drain well so you showed & water built up- couldn’t change shower head & tub looked dirty all the time- remote for tv didn’t have battery cover on it. coffee pot didn’t work- breakfast was nasty-bacon over cooked, eggs dry. juice watery, coffee nasty. first night we hadn’t got into room until 1 am & construction guys woke us up working outside our door at 7 am…

We had a pull out sofa bed but no pillows for it. Went to the front desk and asked for a couple. They were all out. 😕 Pretty expensive for a very basic hotel. Not sure why the price was so inflated
