Changing my hotel stays from Hilton to Marriott. How's that?

We got in late. Woman at the desk was wonderful. Room was just perfect. I loved the dimming properties of the lights. Cleanest bathroom I have ever seen. The walk in shower rocked! lol! Big, clean, shampoo, conditioner and soap were nice. We were visiting family so we didn't eat in the dining or breakfast option so I can't comment on that.

I dont like that they hold the whole stay amount upon on check in and the incidental they already have card on file for incidental so why not hold that and let the person pay cash at the end. This also prevents the whole process of waiting 7-15 business days for the hold to be removed

Housekeeping walks in

Housekeeping walked in on is at 9:30am. Well before checkout. Then the front desk called and asked if I switched rooms to cover for housekeeping barging in when my lady and I were being intimate. Privacy violated and very unprofessional.

Nice place, staff could have been more attentive

Nice facility in a nice location!

Reservation was more than twice the normal price (Eclipse pricing!). Requested two rooms near each other four weeks prior, but when we arrived we were told they were booked-up (no surprise) and our second room was on another floor. Tried to message the facility three times, never a reply. Tried to call then four times in the days leading up to check-in to confirm rooms near each other, nobody EVER answer the phone!

Clean, comfortable, tons of restaurant options nearby.

They don’t accept cash to pay for the room. Didn’t ask for my ID until I mentioned it. Since they were charging my card on file, that’s kinda important.

A lovely, clean property with spacious facilities and a sweet staff.

There were very few toiletries and things were very meagerly stocked. We were also massively overcharged for the room on Booking.com, which is a shame. I use Booking so often, that I didn't look around at other prices, and embarrassingly wound up paying nearly double what all of my family paid for the same accommodations.

There was not any body wash. When we told the front desk, they said housekeeping would be there shortly, as they were just getting into work. The wait was over 15 minutes. Glad we didnt check out earlier, as we wo;uld have had to wait until the housekeeping crew came in to get body wash. I own a busness, not good policy. Also kleenex ran out after two sheets used. the blue line was sho;wing. Not impressed with housekeeping.
