For the price of this room was I was unimpressed

It was close to our venue

The room smelled like BO. The front desk girl was not helpful or very friendly. And there was construction we were unaware of until we checked in. Taped up elevators was the highlight.

My 10 year old found a used sex toy in our room that house keeping didn’t find somehow. I took it to the front desk and nothing happened. Asked to talk to a manager and never seen one.

Your Pet policy is terrible . 75 dollar pet fee for 1-4 days. Then 150 for 5-10 days . I bet the majority of your guests stay 1 day. Therefore they pay for 3 unused days. Also you are to get a marker for your room noting Pet Guest. I was never offered one . And very poor area to take you pet out. Im at loss what the 75 dollars service is for? Most motels are 25-50 dollars with no day qualifications.

The staff was amazing! Every single person we interacted with was great. Super quick and easy check in and check out. Pretty good hotel breakfast.

The room was filthy. There was bodily fluids on our top sheet. I walked down to the desk to ask for a new one. They gave me a fitted sheet. There was bodily fluid on the bed skirt as well. The shower door didn't slide and I had to pick it up to move it. There was hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. The desk had dried food on it.

Great breakfast with waffles and oatmeal. Room was larger than expected. Nice pillows and mattress. 2nd sink. Jacuzzi tub (although it didn't work).

The workers were extremely kind. Always greeted when arriving and good bye when leaving.

The room smelled and the front panel of the tub was poorly sealed and disheveled.
