The room was clean and comfortable. I had to change my reservation a couple of times. Taylor and Michael were very professional and helpful. Sandra checked us in. She was wonderful as well. I really appreciated her friendliness and food recommendations. Her suggestions on where to park were appreciated since we were all women

Could not make the reservation due to a death in the family on the day I was due to arrive at the hotel. Hotel canceled my reservation (understandable), but the hotel got their money back being sold out every night. Now they won’t give my money back due to unforeseen circumstances.

It was newly remodeled. I did not not receive the 2 queen bed room I reserved. The room had one queen bed and a pullout sofa bed. Not comfortable for 4 adults. They said that was not what was booked through Expedia, even though I could show them my reservation through Expedia. Not helpful, did not really care, or try to fix the situation.

Though the building was under construction with my stay

The room was absolutely filthy. We all slept fully dressed because the bedding was so nasty. The pullout couch had more than a dozen large stains and there were no sheets or bedding in the room for it. The shower took more than 5 minutes to even be warm- still not bearable to shower in, but not freezing cold. By far the most distrusting hotel room I have ever stayed in.

The front desk employees were so friendly and nice. They seemed to really enjoy talking to us and checking us in and we had a little issue with the TV and they gladly fixed. They were above and beyond friendly and nice. I really appreciated Tiara and Clover. In the morning when we checked out, we again had excellent friendly service by Kevin. Great staff, I would stay there again, just because of how welcome they made us feel.

The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast had limited options. The room was ok, it wasn’t until leaving that we realized that the mattresses were disgusting and stained underneath. If we would have saw the extent of the stains earlier we definitely would have requested a new room. The cleanliness of this hotel needs to be addressed and improved.

Great location. Big rooms. Comfortable overall. I’d like to note that I stayed here for 2 nights and my room was by the ice machine, which was very loud and used constantly so the noise of the ice machine was ongoing all day and night. People were somewhat loud while getting their ice as well, so I could hear their whole conversation.

The staff were incredibly kind throughout the whole stay, and only redeeming quality. However, the room we stayed in was incredibly unclean (maybe even dangerous?). The bottom of the bathroom door was shredded along with the whole of the office chair. Many spots had not been wiped down from the last visitor, including the headboard. The bathroom light switches were also not covered properly, and the fan did not work. Finally, the main light fixture in the room was completely missing.

Our stay was nice. We checked for bugs, and there weren't any. The elevator makes a lot of weird noise which is concerning. Other than that, our room was clean, everyone was nice, and we got a good sleep

This hotel was absolutely disgusting! I killed 3 cockroaches in the bathroom when I got up during the night! The curtains were ripped and the sofa bed was not even worth being called a bed.

It took 4 different rooms before we found one I could stay in. The people were very nice and very apologitic, but in the end the rooms had a bit of shabbiness about them. Location for me was perfect and the shower was very nice.
