Honestly nothing.

It was clearly outdated. They was hiding a smell with spraying men’s cologne every where. Bed sheets was dirty. While asking front desk for new bedding one employee was actively looking up what do bed bugs look like….

When we arrived at the hotel on Friday 5/30 there was only 1 elevator working. (We were in town for my grandsons first birthday. )This made for a very long walk to our room 235 as the elevator closer to our room was not working.I requested an room close to an elevator when I made our reservations as my husband has neuropathy and can’t walk far. On Saturday when we returned to the hotel around. 8 pm we proceeded to the elevator me my husband and another couple. As soon as we pressed the buttons for our floors the elevator shut down . We were trapped .we proceeded to try the open button it didn’t work then we pressed the staff button and all the panel lights shut down.I the called the hotel on my cell phone got to reservation line told them we were trapped in the elevator. Was placed on hold for 10 minutes then the gentleman told me he could not reach the staff at the hotel . I then called 911 myself spoke to 911 told them we were trapped I. The elevator they asked for the elevator identification number which we could not find anywhere. The elevator was very hot I have asthma and found it difficult to breath . We were trapped in The elevator for 40 minutes. The fire department arrived and they were able to open the doors. This was a terrifying experience. The staff was not prepared for this emergency at all. The stay was not pleasant and it cost us over 430 dollars for 2 nights. When we checked out Sunday 6/1 the elevators were still not working. It was very difficult for us to get our luggage to the car we are not young. I also was told by the couple that was trapped with us in the elevator the it was not working earlier I the day why would staff allow an elevator to remain open if it was previously malfunctions. I don’t understand how you can have no function elevators in a hotel facility. Terrible customer service . This issue needs to be addressed I feel your facility put us in danger and your staff was not prepared for this .

Lobby, room and pool were very clean. Breakfast was well stocked

Our room was right next to a service room which had music blaring in it all night. The bed was not great but not horrible. The people staying in the room above us were slamming something on the ground all night. Between all that I didn’t not sleep well at all.

Hallways were noisy, shower curtain was too short, no soap in the shower soap dispenser, elevator was not working! Definitely was overpriced for the $200/ night we paid. It was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable; two important things.

Very noisy in the room, not sure if it was the fridge or the AC... Also there was a charge for parking!

Breakfast was well. Walking distance to many stores great.

The elevators were out of service and I was on 3rd floor.

Wall were paper thin. You can hear everything from the rooms around you.

STAYED AT HOLIDAY INN BEFORE AND WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE 2 BEDS ONLY ONE. NO TV CHANNEL GUIDE OR ANY INFO FOR AREA. KEY CARD WOULD NOT WORK AT SIDE DOOR. ROOM WAS RIGHT UP ON THAT SIDE. HAD TO WALK ALL THE WAY AROUND THE HOTEL TO GET TO OUR ROOM. MY MOM IS 92 AND WALKS WITH A CANE. VERY INCONVEIENT FOR HER.

Breakfast was delicious. Good variety. Fresh.

Nothing really. Maybe offer bacon everyday but that’s expensive.

we always stay at Holiday Inn’s because of price. property was well taken care of. rooms were spacious and clean.

eggs and sausage were too cold and kcup coffee maker in room did not work at all. hallway in front of elevators is waaaay too narrow for guest to exit and enter the elevators at the same time.

The soap bottles in the shower were almost empty The bed was ok but sounded way too metally trying to get in and out of.

For the price we did not get two double beds as stated when I purchase. The tv in the room had lines going down it when you watch it and was hard to watch anything

upon arriving, toilet was broke. this should have been spotted by the room cleaners and reported before giving out the room.

I was in town for a conference at the Wellington conference center and this was close and cheaper than the hotel that was selected by the organization, even with the group discount.

The food was ok. And there needs to be more signage telling where the ice machines are.

my room was by the stairwell & elevator. door slamming on the stairwell to much.

The breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly.

The bed was so hard and uncomfortable. I woke up both days with so much back pain that I was unable to do a lot of things I had planned.

The hotel was nice.

There was a very strong gas smell in the hotel, especially near our room. I informed the staff. I don't know if anything was done. The shower was a lot smaller than I'm used to having.
