Was in town for a family funeral. Family members gathered at Courtyard following the funeral. They let us use a Meeting Room as a family gathering spot, so we could de-compress, share stories of our departed loved one. There were 5-6 smaller children in our group, so they took advantage of the nice, indoor, heated pool. The hotel staff were very accomodating. Thank You!

Good check in experience - although the reception agent tried to tell me that I had booked in a 2 queen room, when I had definitely booked a king. She was very accommodating and did find me the room I booked. The rooms are very nice for a MCY - very spacious and clean. Perhaps the best bonus with this hotel is what is available within a short walk (great restaurants, grocery store, car wash, bars). I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Bugs in my room but what bothered me the most is no dresses. I do NOT like living out of my suitcase. And housekeeping threw away my food and none of them spoke any English. Annoying but hotel staff at desk was great and room suitable except no storage space.

The floor in our room was too sticky to walk barefoot. It also was smelly in our room. The VERY cold pool had puke all around the outside. No towels at the pool - which if that's standard protocol, fine, but put a warning sign to go grab or bring towels. Our room that sleeps 4 had only 2 bath towels. When I brought my concerns to the desk they seemed unbothered. The shower was good warm water. The beds seemed comfy.

This was a very accommodating location. We loved the venue, room design and amenities. Cleanliness scores a 4 out of 5 due to the tissue box being almost empty with only 4 tissues from last cleaning. We also found a bikini top behind the wooden square furniture piece that sits under the table. Nothing crazy bad but worth noting. The food from the in house restaurant was good! Service workers from front desk and housekeeping were friendly and accommodating. Very appreciative of them!

The only thing that wasn't good is the light in the bathroom needed changed so it flickered constantly. Also the tub would get plugged while taking a shower. Otherwise, great hotel and would recommend
