I like the closeness to Airport and Metro station.

The Wifi was under repair and was not available in the rooms. The front check in desk computer systems were slow and buggy and the staff were experiencing complications with their computer system.

When I pay, I must have the invoice for my payment.

The room is good, I didn't have breakfast. The problem is, I booked and paid for the room through Booking.com and I don't have my invoice. I previously spoke to Hilton via message and they told me they would give me the invoice when I checked out, but the invoice they issued me was for £0. I need my invoice.

I don't care who sends the bill, whether it's Hilton or Booking. I paid, so I want my bill, please.

nice quick get away for the day

The shuttle to the restaurant, bed n toilet was low, no refrigerator. Staff didn't share very much detail about parking. Shuttle driver Afren was excellent and the bartender was great with making us feel at home.

Travel Convenience

The bed and shower were absolutely fantastic. The location of the hotel is superb for a short walk to multiple eateries and even a movie theater. There is a sky bridge leading to the convention center and even to the event center parking garage. The hotel has a service with a shuttle bus that runs to and from the airport every 30 minutes, which is great for airway travel.

The room did not have a mini-fridge, which was a tad of a bummer when it came to beverages. The ice bucket becomes an unexpected friend.

First time at the Hilton O'Hare Rosemont

Like that it was near the Donald e Stevenson convention center and that they had a sky bridge connected to it. And the pool was very nice . Like how friendly and helpful the staff were during our stay.

Bed was great.

Didn't pass brown bag test. I told breakfast lady, biscuits and gravy is not done, I stirred the cold stiff gravy and saw sad biscuits. She informed me I was wrong. Gave her the, uh huh. Children in hot tub, splashing. Water from pool in elevator deep, and got N_____, knocked, caught um, Excuse Mother wouldn't help. Desk wouldn't help Not happy.

Bamboozled

Hallways smelled like an old ashtray. No vending options. No fridge or microwave in the room. Paid for a king size room and was told it wasn't available and was downgraded to a room with full size beds not even queen. And definitely didnt get any type of refund on my room i paid 398 a night for. The hand towel and toilet paper hinders was falling off the wall.

Not expected for 4 star Hotel

The staff at the front desk was really helpful. He's really good at managing our check in as we missed the correct date. I forgot his name but his white and that was Oct 21 around 1745 when we checked in. His really nice for front desk.

When we arrived in our room. There wad no fridge and toothbrush for us. The television has no mirror sharing and there is Netflix in the remote but does not function ( even if I have an account). The room was still cold despite increasing the temperature to 81. I did not expect that for 4 star hotel.

Family fun on a work trip! Yes we bring the whole crew for this hotel.

We love the location of those property! One of our favorite things about staying here, is getting to watch the planes take off and land at O’Hare Airport. The pool is always fun… with a skyline view and skylights to help you feel like you’re soaking up the sun on those really nice days. Can’t wait for our next stay!

Solo travelers with 4 pices of heavy luggage very obvious need help to the room.

Upon arrival I had 4 heavy pieces of luggage and I came from 16 hours flight from Dubai and had body tem over 100 but not a single staff offered to help me with luggage from the taxi to the registration desk and to my room. The guy at the front desk was very friendly but he was a lone …also I couldn’t turn the heat up ( very sick) at my room and I called the front desk twice with no answer.. Also under booking.com or your website didn’t show you offer airport shuttle.. it shows how do get a taxi to the facility… I’ll come again but I hope you address comments.. Thank you,

Good location close to the airport and an outlet center. 10 min ride to the airport is a plus.

The furniture in the room and the bathroom equipment is quite dated, the wear and tear starts to show. For over $200 per night that's not what I expected.

MFF 2023

Loved the cleanliness of the hotel and location to the Donald E Stephens Convention center along with parking on site nearby. The atmosphere was top class without feeling a push of bigotry upon yourself in everyone's presence.

Though the price was a little higher than I had desired, the main issues in my experience were no clarification of alcohol sales cut-off time and the price of parking. I can understand a bit due to location and the convenience aspect, but 35 a night verses 15 at a nearby parking garage does leave a bit of a sour taste in ones mouth (and wallet). Amenities I was genuinely let down by was a lack of even a microwave for the room and a tiny coffee maker that is good for a small mug at best. A bit surprising that with a 2-bed hotel room, they don't have a simple appliance like a microwave.
