It’s a facility that we will use again if we travel to the area

My wife and I were there only for one night. We observed that it was very clean, the employees were very friendly. We liked that it had a restaurant, which we ate dinner at and enjoyed our meal. We wished we would’ve had time to check out the pool / hot tub but will if we return to this property. Our room was spacious and very clean and lastly - shuttle service to the airport.

Good hotel close to the airport

Indoor swimming pool with kids area, perfect for letting the kids power themself out after a long flight. Nice room, all what you need.

No pre-information about details of airport shuttle. I asked the hotel via booking chat but didn't get an answer where exactly the shuttle pickup was at the airport. We didn't find it unfortunatelly and ended up taking an Uber....

I really liked that they had a pool area for smaller kids to play in. Also it was nice to have a working Jacuzzi to relax in. I was shocked for the number of people there, it was fairly quiet. I barely heard anyone later in the night.

I loved how clean it was. It smelled so clean. The water felt so clean and typically at most hotels the water can be hard. But the water was so clean and soft. I will definitely be staying here again. Loved the jacuzzi.

Enjoyable overnight stay near the airport

The location is about a 10 minute shuttle ride from the hotel. My room was big and well lit with several options for sitting. I used the fitness room and found the machines new and good quality. The breakfast was outstanding. And the dinner I chose to have at the restaurant on my arrival was also very good.

The reception staff were not particularly friendly. I was waiting for a package and had to ask to find that it had arrived and they hadn't notified me.

Perfect location, excellent staff and amenities

Clean, comfortable and convenient for the airport. Staff were accommodating and kind. Food was available to purchase at small shop.

The swimming pool was closed for the majority of our stay for maintenance which was a shame as we booked this hotel with the plan for our children to use the pool in the daytime to pass time before our evening flight.

Nice, clean, and a great night’s sleep.

Marisol at the front desk was so kind and accommodating. She let us know about everything we could expect or even might need during our stay. She told me exactly what time I needed to catch the shuttle to O’Hare, and as a person who often makes it to their flight right on time, I got to the airport with enough time to have breakfast and even buy a souvenir before boarding! The room was nice and clean, and the shower was perfect (with three shower head settings) for the long day we’d had. It’s close to the airport, so I would suggest staying there if that in particular is what you need.

The vent in the restroom didn’t work, so it took a minute for the moisture it let out before my friend could get in to take her shower after me.

Very clean, great location, staff was wonderful, and the breakfast was great.

The pool area was so slippery that my kids each fell multiple times walking through. They are 2 and 4 and were scared to walk between the kids pool and big pool cause it was so bad. The pool itself was nice but that pool deck needs some sort of nonslip treatment.

The shuttle drivers and the front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The lobby was very nice.

With so many more options to stay places these days these old hotels are starting to get a bit outdated and still yet overpriced there's other options.

This hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable. We opted for breakfast included and were glad we did.

The beds are so comfy and the rooms are clean and well cared for. The property sits quite near the interstate but the rooms are quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was ample and tasty.

I didn't like that we had to pay for parking on top of an already pricey room.
