Wonderful Stay and Excellent Service

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and quick, and the property offers great amenities that made everything convenient and enjoyable. The location is ideal, especially being close to the airport, which made our travel plans much easier. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience — their kindness and attention to detail really stood out. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and we’ll definitely be returning next time we’re in the area!

Great for a short stay to catch flight

Used this for an overnight stay, loved the closeness to the airport, the ease of communication re the shuttle and the shuttle pick up and transfer. Check in was smooth

How big and spacious and nice the rooms were.

The hotel bar decided to close a hr early because it was a slow night. But people came down to the bar and mingle and have drinks, instead changing their minds and stay open till the regular hours when a crowd came they decided to still close early. But the bar staff was still friendly and guest understood

Staff were very friendly. The rooms were spacious and quiet. Bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed the dinner on site. The hotel is relatively cheap, compared to others.

Overhead shower in our room was not working, only hand-held.

Club Level Reservation vouchers for breakfast on weekends had to be requested but promptly provided

Club Level Lounge was well stocked and equipped, however limited availability of breakfast on weekends. If booked at club level on weekends be sure to ask for breakfast vouchers for the restaurant at ground floor.

Was not offered breakfast voucher until I requested it. Probably just an oversight of the receptionist, but she promptly checked my reservation and apologized and gave me the voucher.

Transfer shuttle or bus to airport for subway connections available

Very nice! Shuttle to the airport every 30 mins. You can take the blue line train from the airport into downtown. It's about an hour by subway into downtown.

Neat and clean, easy access to airport, shuttle service

Service was terrible, not expected from a four star hotel like this, wanted some silverware calling the room service, and they asked me to come downstairs to get it myself from the kitchen. Just stayed for one night and housekeeper was dying to come and clean the room before our check out time, had to tell her multiple times to come later. The service was so poor we could have rather stated in a motel.

It was beautiful. The king sized bed was perfect. Great location to the airport with a shuttle provided. The salad I had for dinner was AMAZING! Coffee was provided in the room.

Breakfast wasn’t included. It was an extra charge.
