Sheraton Suites Chicago O'Hare

Hotel is very close to the airport, free shuttle every 30 mins. Suits are clean and spacious. Bed is very comfortable. Restaurant and bar on site. Staff is very friendly.

I did not have much time to explore it in details. My flight was canceled and I needed a place to sleep. I was pleasantly surprised .

The staff was amazing! Very helpful!!!

So sad but the breakfast was not that great.

I love the location I love that everything was a sweet that gave you plenty of space for travel and if I wanted to work it gave me plenty of space for that I like the lobby the staff was very helpful and friendly.

I didn't like the cleanliness of my room I had to switch rooms because the first room was not clean properly. When I was moved to the second room, We still find things that were not cleaned properly by the cleaning staff I pointed all these things out to the staff asked for my room to be re Clean Only to Find a Toothbrush between the cook couch cushions later that night I reported those incidents to theFront desk during my checkout. I didn't like that I was overcharged for incidentals and when I asked what those charges was for no one can explain to me at the time what those charges were for and then I had to wait I'm still waiting for those charges plus my regular incidentals to credit back to my account but incorrectly the first time. I didn't like that there was no microwave on the premises of the hotel.
