It's not bad in general. However, with so many options around, I would not recommend because:
1. Have to pay a fee for the wifi.
2. Carpets make it almost impossible to move your luggage around and no help was offered. I had 3 suitcases with me (one was a carry-on) and turned out my room was at the end of the (very long) hallway.
3. Found a bug inside the room, not big tho. Not sure what it was.
On the good side:
1. Good gym
2. Bed was very comfortable. I slept very well.
3. Staff were friendly and nice except for not offering help with luggage and they didn't even mention there wouldn't be wifi in the room.
About the wifi, if this is standard in the Chicago, WHY!? Just include the cost in the price per night if you may. Don't tell me I'm paying for wifi in 2025.
