Good hotel in good location for our purposes that weekend.

Left hotel before breakfast to put friend on early a.m. flight out of OHare, but then didn’t get back in time before the end of the breakfast period.

A slightly earlier breakfast start time would have helped us. Also for the cost of the stay, we would have preferred less expensive parking fee.

Overall a great place to stay.

We liked the open balcony design. Breakfast was great. It was nice there was a chef available to make desired foods. The room was spacious and had the amenities we needed/wanted. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Parking was expensive especially for just one night. Beds definetly have been used and both of the ones in our room sagged to the middle which made sleeping a little uncomfortable. However, nothing beats sleeping in your own bed.

Did not have many options in town. Quite expensive and far. Surprise having to pay for parking. 39 per day. Quite expensive. Second bed (sofa) is REALLY uncomfortable. You feel the springs in your body.

It’s difficult to get in contact with the hotel. We left my watch behind only 1-2 hours after checkout and they told me to fill out a form. Though I’m sure it was in the room I could have gone back to get it but they told me no just fill out a form.

Wonderful, spacious place for a gathering of family & friends

The rooms are an exceptional size and allow for real comfort. We had a family wedding this weekend and it was a wonderful for all of us to visit with each other….. fun time to seat around having breakfast with each other.

Location as usual. The happy hour and breakfast.

I did. I did not like how the shower was setup. It was a little awkward trying to get the water temp set without having to get inside the enclosure. You had to make sure position shower to extreme one side as you could. Stand to the side the best you could without getting hit with too cold or too hot while attempting to adjust the temp.

The breakfast was very good!

Customer service was terrible in the chat, the shuttle is not available after 12am but they tell you otherwise. The good point is the y reimbursed the cab, the on-site staff manager was really nice. The shower was cold at 10am ! That was terrible!

The service and staff were great. One of my travelers loves the free drinks and breakfast. The location is topnotch and parking is very easy.

It is starting to show some age. Some fixtures in the room were falling apart. I felt the pillows were too small and have lost their fluff.

Overall good experience. Clean and comfortable, very spacious. Breakfast was good. Check-in was very quick and smooth even though we walked in looking for a room since we didn’t like the hotel we had reserved.

Parking is not included in the price. Restrooms drains were kind of clogged.

My 741 suite room is smelled like a man powder talk and the ac wasnt cold when i arrived. But later on, housekeeping helped me make it right. Thank you for being supportive to my needs.

Location was great to our event. Price was good. Felt safe and staff was friendly.

The rooms have double doors which was neat at first but in the evening, the lights from the halls shined right in the room making the entire front area lit up for the entire night. This was difficult to sleep on the pull out bed. There was no way of creating a dark room for sleeping. You have a light on in your face all night. That made the stay below average. I was exhausted gayer the 3 night stay with very little sleep. The pull out bed was also very uncomfortable. We had to stack up cushions against the door to dim the light and even then it was so bright. The breakfast was average, maybe a little below. Facility old and outdated, carpets stained and dirty.

The AC blower was incredibly loud in the room, Carpet was so dirty our socks were black, dirty hand prints on doors and headboards. (Not clean) and the pool was out of service.

The location is convenient from the airport with an easy transfer shuttle.

Embassy Suites have gone downhill in a big way in the last years as a chain. This one was particularly bad, with extremely outdated rooms and facilities. The pool was a particular disappointment, as it was both freezing cold and quite dirty, so much so that I couldn’t even see with goggles. Our room was on the ground level and therefore super loud during the happy hour and breakfast. It was extremely strange as instead of a normal suite with a pull out bed etc, ours had a huge conference table and looked like an office.

I understand that properties ever so often undergo repairs. But this repair was in the foyer, with dust all over the place. You come down clean and as soon as you hit the foyer you are loaded with dust. Nasty
