I will not use this accommodation again.

The staff was kind.

There were unidentified dust, hair, and debris on the bed sheets, and the bathroom sink had heavy water stains. There was also hair on the towels, so the overall level of cleanliness was very poor. The desk and chair were also dirty. It seemed that the desk had not been wiped, and there was a lot of debris on the chair, so I had to sit on it with a towel underneath. If I had checked sooner, I would have requested a room change.

Location and wifi

Most appliances broken down, no hot water in basin. Staff unfriendly and unwilling to do anything about it. Had already had one room move due to faulty smoking oven ( No smoke alarm went off.) Had to fight not to be moved to the second building for the extra night I booked, even though I had been told at check in ‘we never, ever move our guests’. Decor all in brown: brown vinyl floor, all brown beat up furniture. Bathroom painted appropriately in dark s—t brown. Presumably to match the attitude of the staff

Location is great short walk to multiple eating locations, and shopping. Rooms are clean and comfortable

As the 3rd person in room I had to have a roll away bed was horrid

Would not stay again because of the condition of the room but the person at the front desk was nice.

Only about 10-15 min from the airport

The room was dirty and the couch pullout mattress had no sheets and looked like something out of a crime scene. Not only was it disgusting but it was completely blown out.

Comfortable and functional hotel nearby to useful stores and restaurants.

The room was clean and comfortable. The amenities (fridge, stove, microwave) all worked. The location is within 10 minutes to useful grocery stores, restaurants, and a pharmacy. Good on-site parking.

For the price, the breakfast could have had a lot more options. The keycards required multiple tries to open the room door and the hotel door. Having to try to open the doors two or three times became annoying after a couple days.

Great staff, but needs TLC

The staff like Wendy were great. Super nice and helpful. The location was great with lots of food options walking distance and a beautiful park across the street.

The room was not clean. There are stains everywhere. The room and floor smells horrible. The shower was dirty as well. We pulled out the mattress from the sofa, and I’ve seen cleaner mattresses on the side of the road. The breakfast is laughable. I wouldn’t call it breakfast.

Great place to stay!

The woman working at reception when I got there was wonderful and I wish I remembered her name. She was professional and friendly, and I had a request to be on the first floor and she was able to do that. I couldn’t get the TV to come on and I called and she was so funny on the phone and we laughed about my inability to work the remote.. 😊. The room was immaculately cleaned. I have stayed at your place before and it’s always been consistently a great place. Thank you.

Not coming back

The charged me a non refundable pet fee at the time of checking. That fee was never disclosed and it took me by surprise. The manager blamed Booking.com for not letting me know ahead of time. Terrible. I believe all fees need to be clear before we book cuz for the price I ended up paying I would’ve stayed at a better place. Also they say Theo offer breakfast but all the may have are granola bars and muffins with coffee and of the worse kind. They can do better than that.

I liked how pleasant the staff was and very thorough during the check in and out process.

The stove in my room hadn’t been cleaned from before I used it. Pizza cheese drippings were still baked into the oven racks. There was no supply of kitchen supplies. This I think should come standard personally. The basic of items.

Easy access to airport with Uber or taxi. Reasonably priced. Comfortable bed and free coffee and oatmeal for breakfast. Grounds and inside are maintained.

I liked the hotel ..I also liked that it's pet friendly and not overly expensive for him too stay!

Location was great for what we came here for, it was awesome too get food anytime of the day,good Location near coffee shops, centrally located near an expressway and it was good too not hear the airplanes landing or leaving at all hours of the day finally the staff did a excellent job taking care of check in and out.

I feel the floors could use a dusting and mopping maybe wiping down the couches and chairs..
