Overall was fine for our one night stay, although was priced a little high. Location is good

The location was perfect for access to/from the airport. The restaurant inside the hotel was delicious, and the added bonus of having a coffee shop was perfect

The windows are very thin, so traffic from the streets was all we heard. The windows also left puddles of water on the windows sill, which in turn leaked down the wall, and on the carpet. You can tell that this has been happening for months. The "heated pool" was not at all warm, and according to an employee hasn't been heated for months

Excellent family experience

The room was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with a kitchenette. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. Loved the fact that the hotel had a restaurant to meet other needs. Surprised and pleased, they offered a happy hour in the evening. This made it quite relaxing at the end of the day

This was a very good hotel.

Very clean and every need met. Would love to stay again if have to stay longer. I loved the fully equipped galley kitchen with full fridge and dishwasher and dishes. The breakfast buffet was nice as well.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property is the airport shuttle.

Nonconformity and disappointment

You can hear a lot of noise from the other rooms since there are doors that connect them directly there is no privacy for the same reason and I felt quite uncomfortable also for the high price I expected much more unfortunately I am disappointed

NOT your usual Staybridge.

Kitchen area very nice. Staff polite and helpful.

It was definitely NOT comparable to the usual nice suites of a Staybridge. Calling this room a "suite" was a bit of a stretch. Basically a regular hotel room with a lot of empty space, and a decent kitchen area. The easy chair was too low and hard as a rock. The bed was NOT king size, likely not even queen size. The bathroom was cramped. The air conditioner unit looked out-dated and was LOUD. Also, the breakfast area definitely needed some paper/plastic plates, bowls and utensils so that we could take our choices with us! The area for parking is quite a long walk to the front door, did not see any side or back door that was closer access.

Really nice hotel with a bar and restaurant onsite. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was very good and easy to use, Laundry facilities are free to use. I would stay here again.

Dirty carpet sticky to the feet. Carpets in bedrooms of hotels are disgusting. This cant be cleaned propoerly between guests, only vacuum.. There was no propper info regarding the hotel shuttel The air conditioning is extremly noisy, impossible to sleep eell with it its a machine 30-40 years old at least. Minimarket store most expensive ever.

Really convenient overnight stay during a stopover in Chicago. We made use of the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport which was so convenient. Staff were very pleasant and we were offered a room upgrade which was fantastic! Would definitely stay again.

Forced stay due to flight cancellation was a surprise delight

I made a rushed reservation due to a flight cancellation. This was my first stay at a Staybridge so I had no expectations, I was just looking for a room with shuttle service back to O'Hare. The shuttle was fast and efficient, check-in was easy, there was a small shop with food and drinks available even with my late arrival. In the room, the small kitchenette was really nice and clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Overall, it was a great stay and I will seek out Staybridge properties in the future.

Breakfast was excellent and exclusive to Staybridge guests, room was very clean and looked modern. The kitchen was actually a full kitchen with full size fridge! Location was very close to airport and appreciate the complimentary shutter that was on-time. The driver of the shutter was courteous and new exactly which terminal to drop off guests based on their flight information.

great choice for early flight

Location is great, very close to ORD, it's a perfect choice for an early flight. The lobby is grand and the staffs are helpful and efficient. Room is marvellous, with design and fully equipped. comfy bed and good sound proof. Hotel offer complimentary shuttle from and to Airport. from airport is a bit tricky to find the van, you need pay highly attention and double check. To airport is easier, need to book the time in advance.

- Convenient airport shuttle, call and check with hotel how far out the shuttle is after landing. It's supposed to start from hotel every 30 mins at :00 and :30 and takes about 10-15 mins. - Quiet room, good size, nice toiletries - Regular breakfast options - Free and good self laundry, need to buy only detergent - Good eating options nearby - can take shuttle to airport and catch blue line to city and return same way

- sometimes airport shuttle runs late, so getting to airport might need some extra time

We were upgraded to a beautiful two bedroom suite by a lovely lady at Reception. We were going to Indiana the following day for my son's graduation and it was a great start to our vacation. Thank you from an Irish family.

Great value for money near the airport

Lovely spacious rooms with a large soft bed. We made use of the small gym and had a decent breakfast. The rooms have tons of USB charging points!

We did battle to make use of the complimentary airport shuttle after arriving late at night at terminal 5. The airport was busy and we weren't quite sure of if, when and where we would get collected. After a couple of calls to the hotel, we found out shuttle- which isn't particularly difficult to find if you know what to look for.
