Needed a room for myself and disabled elderly mother when our flight was canceled due to the government shutdown. Paid *** for the king suite with sofa bed. There was a "party" going on in the main restaurant area when we arrived at about 8pm. The hotel is circular with the rooms facing inwards surrounding the restaurant area and the party became increasingly loud as the night went on.
Finally at 11:30 pm I went down to reception and asked them how long they were going to tolerate this noise. There response was that the group had reserved the space for the party and they were obliged to allow them to utilize it. Apparently the guests of the hotel aren't as important. This bombastic party with its yelling and singing continued until 1:30 am all the while being amplifi". Total insult.
The shampoo container was empty in the shower also.
Hotel was complete waste of money. ed by the shape of the building. 3.5 hours of sleep before the morning rescheduled flight. Absurd and ridiculous. The manager offered me some "points

Third time staying here. Very clean and convenient for attending events at Allstate Stadium. Parking is very affordable compared to other hotel. Spacious room and bathroom. Great natural lights. Would most certainly stay here again in the future.

The hotel is located near Chicago O'Hare Airport. The room is nicely decorated, spacious, clean and tidy with all the necessary utilities and facilities.
