Very late arrival with family. Greeted by very helpful staff from airport transport to welcome reception staff. And gummies bar food. allocated a quiet room with all info guided well. Room is large, clean with stunning sunrise view. Location is just perfect for airport transit. Worth hugely for the $ with such facilities, food and service

It took 2 hrs to check in. There is always long line for check in regardless of time.
The shuttle took longer then I thought so I even had to take uber instead and because there are too many people with not enough shuttle, some people had to let it go like 2 times.
The hotel seemed very understaffed, they were always busy, which resulted in unfriendliness.
It took them 2 hrs to get me a blanket, even had to call again to remind them.

This is fine for a place to stay after a long trip--it is great to be so close to the airport, and there's a shuttle, which is very convenient, but the experience itself is not amazing because it doesn't need to be--they know you just need a place near the airport. Breakfast is wonderful--but expensive. We hadn't realized that we hadn't included it with our room reservation and were not expecting to spend $100 extra. However, it's a buffet with many, many options. You will not leave hungry.
