Amenities no on-site restaurant is killing the business. In my opinion people do not wanna have to travel or order food. You can have it all in one would be the best move brightening the place up might help a bit.

Talked to front desk about shuttle to airport on Sat. They started a list, we were the first on list. Said be there 5 mins prior. Should up and was told shuttle is full and no room. On top of that the shuttle driving said he couldn't leave until set time ??? Make sense to leave when shuttle is full and get back to hotel for the next group.

I was disappointed that the pool was down for maintenance issues and I wish the front desk had detailed information to offer on the attractions in the area and info on the shopping shuttle bus. They had nothing at all. However, our stay at ALoft was very pleasant. It was clean, functional and quiet.

Across the street is a tiny area filled with so many restaurants and bar options. The outlet mall is also across the street. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone

Airport Shuttle was the reason and positive reviews is why we booked and it made the trip so much better to manage. Staff were amazing and very accommodating and helpful.

The parking could be explained on the property website, also a better sign for entrance to hotel. Otherwise it was the best aloft we’ve stayed at! The room was set up well and the vanity was great! The toilets are very low—for someone who’s almost 6ft it’s a long way down, but everything else is great!
