Had a layover at O Hare and it was the perfect solution. Great staff and wonderful accommodations.

I was charged twice. One charge was on the day I made the reservation, January 27th, for $131.94 on my debit card. Then, on January 31st, my credit card was charged $162.36, even though the price on the website was $131.94. Why was I charged $162.36 without any explanation?

Rivers casino is across the street and I had a time there for new years. I had the best steak ever at Cima.
Housekeeping is rude they just walked in. Complained to front desk and nothing was done. She continued to walk in without addressing who she was or knocking really threw me off
