The hotel was very clean and fresh. My room was comfortable and clean too. The restaurant downstairs made it easy to order dinner to go. The super convenient airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes

Okay stay not returning

Rivers casino is across the street and I had a time there for new years. I had the best steak ever at Cima.

Housekeeping is rude they just walked in. Complained to front desk and nothing was done. She continued to walk in without addressing who she was or knocking really threw me off

Good enough for a last minute girls trip

Check in was easy the staff was friendly and nice. There is plenty of seating. The deposit was only 50 a night compared to downtown Hyatt. The bar is amazingggg! The best Cesar salad I’ve ever had and if you like tequila I HIGHLY recommend the Cima Nector. It is delicious!

The lights are motion sensor. That was very annoying any sudden movement at night made the lights turn on. Even when you press the button for it to stop they reset and turn on. It is also very dark in the rooms I was with all girls and we struggled to get ready for new years. House keeping did not knock on our door they just walked in twice it was very uncomfortable to say the least. I asked her to stop doing it and she still just did whatever she wanted to do really ruined the experience for me. I had a great time but I will not be returning. When I called the front desk to complain they said house keeping was separate and they’re not responsible for them which is weird and the water bottles aren’t complimentary it’s $4 a bottle. They charge you at middle of the night and not when you check out. The restaurant downstairs doesn’t serve pancakes.

I have reserved 1 room for 2 people, including breakfast. At hotel, they have told me, breakfast is for one person only. I don’t know if it was a mistake by booking.com but obviously it was unreasonable. Hotel just said, go complain to the booking.com. I will never stay Hyatt Centric Hotels again, and do not recommend.

The room was nice, the bed comfortable and the shower was large and warm. Cima restaurant food was great. The area around it was safe - I walked past the Casino and felt comfortable.

The location, as I had to go into the city and it was an hour commute. The air conditioner always blew on the desk in the room - luckily I had a sweater to wear while I was working.

I was unable to stay - there were no rooms- problem with reservation system at Booking.com/hotel

Could not stay - there was no room reserved for me

I arrived with my reservation confirmation but there were no rooms available- I believe there was a lag between Booking.coms reservation and confirmation from the hotel. So I waited for the shuttle for 45 mins but it was wasted trip.

It’s interesting to see Sioux Falls development, lobby great, Vision of restaurant on arrival comforting, access to other restaurants nearby also comforting, view of River fantastic looking back onto the city also enjoyable

Really enjoyed my stay

Modern, luxurious and well stylish hotel, with all the facilities needed. Clean room, great bed and all pretty brand new. Location close to the airport with descent shuttle service. Very friendly staff. Noise-free which is a big plus for an airport hotel. Breakfast was not included but served by the build-in restaurant but quality wise absolute magnificent.

A bit expensive and location wise, there’s nothing to do around if you need to stay close to the airport.

Incredibly comfortable hotel with great staff

We ended up here at 2am after a cancelled flight. The check in staff were polite and efficient, with a lot of very tired passengers. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable - just what you need when everything else has gone wrong.

It’s was great overall.

Easy access to a lot of entertainment.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. The comforter was very heavy and uncomfortable. The bathroom could be cleaner. I was going to use the blow dryer but the tray that it was in had a very large amount of dust. Maybe more attention to detail cleaning.

Staff was very friendly and the entire hotel smelled super clean from when I walked in the door. My room was very clean and spacious with the bed being super comfy. Would definitely recommend!

There was one woman there who was VERY rude and hung up the phone on my husband when all he did was call down to ask a question. I also called to ask about checkout time and she was rude to me as well. Sad considering it was a nice place and good location
