It helped greatly in the pinch I had, for my volunteer shift. It was easy to reach, and the room was very comfortable.
I do not have any problems with the hotel to warrant a suitable size of complaints.

The staff were great! The hotel receptionist by the name of Asia, accommodated us very well after finding our room unthoroughly cleaned. Our staycation turned out great!
Initially when we got there, our room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. The bed looked as though someone had laid across it. There was used wash cloth and soap. Used coffee cups were left behind. Asia, the hotel receptions, accomodated us with a better and much cleaner room.
