The shuttle from airport was hard to find, so we took a taxi from Ohare to the Hyatt Regency.

The breakfast was wonderful! A range of choices were offered and my daughter and I both enjoyed it very much.
The only improvement would be to have the shuttle wait for a minute or two at each stop. My daughter had to use the restroom at 1:50 a.m., and since we thought the shuttle was due at 2, I told her to go at the airport. The shuttle came early, around 1:55 (the time isn't posted or anything so that wasn't a problem) but we saw it from inside and as we were hurrying to get out the door with her bag, the shuttle left before the driver could even see us. The only thing I would change would be for the shuttle to wait a set amount of time per stop, regardless of whether the driver sees anyone waiting to board. As it is now, if you're not already outside waiting for the shuttle, you're probably not getting on the bus.

I love the parking convenience. In and out with the qor code parking decal they give you. I love that there's always food and drinks available. Perfect location to the outlets and other tourist attractions.

It’s was outdated and dull and uninspiring.

Great location
The staff at the restaurant were rude. The hotel put 3xhold on my credit card account for room payment for no reason. I called about the issue and after a long time on hold was promised a call back which didn’t happen.

The room was very spacious, the staff were friendly and the airport shuttle service was excellent. It was the main reason I booked this hotel. Proximity to the Fashion outlets as well, only a 15 minute walk.
Nothing much except for very low water pressure in the shower.

The Hyatt Regency O’Hare was one of the worst — and most discriminatory — hotel experiences we have ever endured.
Our recent stay at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare was one of the worst — and most discriminatory — hotel experiences we have ever endured.
From the very beginning, the front desk service was unhelpful and dismissive. We tried to order food through the app several times without success. When I called the front desk to ask why it wasn’t working, I was told there was nothing they could do. On a second call, I was told there was no room service and that the restaurant was closed — this was before 8pm on a Saturday night. Later, we discovered the restaurant was, in fact, open. When I asked to be connected to the restaurant, the front desk refused and told me to “just order Uber Eats.”
We finally ordered DoorDash, but since we had no utensils — and my husband is injured, my mother suffers from muscular dystrophy and has difficulty walking, I myself am recovering from an injury, and we have a young child — we asked the front desk if they could please send disposable cutlery to the room. The supervisor, Cristina, refused and said no one could bring it. When my husband asked to speak with the manager, she refused to transfer the call, saying he was “too busy.”
Despite being on crutches, my husband had to go downstairs himself. Josh, the front desk manager, was not busy when he arrived. Instead of helping, he told my husband he would need to go to the grab-and-go shop on a lower level to pick up utensils himself. He refused to send someone or go himself, despite being fully aware of my husband’s injury and my mother’s disability. This was a shocking lack of empathy and basic hospitality.

Hyatt Regency O’Hare was one of the worst — and most discriminatory — hotel experiences we have ever endured.
On his way down, my husband fell on the escalator. Only at that point did staff react — the Director of Food & Beverage came over to ask what had happened. I rushed downstairs in pajamas and with a cane, holding my young daughter, after hearing the fall. Josh, the front desk manager, stayed silent, did not intervene, and never apologized. The Director of Food & Beverage eventually offered help, but by then it was too late, and he too failed to apologize. Neither Cristina nor Josh ever apologized.
It is worth noting that despite being repeatedly told “no one could help us,” after the fall, four staff members — including Josh — appeared immediately. This contradiction only underscores the indifference and unwillingness to assist us before the accident occurred.
We were exhausted, hungry, and treated with complete disregard. For a family traveling with a disabled mother, an injured husband, and a small child, this level of negligence, rudeness, and lack of basic hospitality is not only unacceptable, it is discriminatory. Hyatt should be deeply concerned about how vulnerable guests are being treated in its hotels.
This stay left us deeply disappointed, upset, and certain that we will never return.

Great staff, beautiful hotel and great location. Room was very spacious and clean. The hotel also has great amenities. We were also happy that there was a microwave by the ice machine!

It was conveniently connected to convention center. The only reason I stayed here.
The staff was completely rude and disconnected to the guests and was not clean plus overly priced and oh yeah they charge you 25 a night to park in their parking garage but you can’t bring a bell hop cart out to it to bring in all your bags so you got to take 2-3 trips which is lots of walking especially when you bring lots of things for the whole weekend Fan Expo convention.

Premier tower rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. It's close to the airport.
Amenities and service are severely lacking. No concierge, pool, or spa. No one offered to help with my luggage. No one answers the phone when you try to call guest services. Super long lines and wait at check-in (all times of day). Extremely limited room service options (just use Doordash). Only one on-site restaurant is open all day, and the food is comparable to what you'd find in a gas station. Bottom line: this is not a 4-star hotel and you will not have a 4-star experience here. Stay at the Hilton instead.

It was clean and staff was professional
It was too busy and too loud . I also was given a room that wasn’t what the booking site showed me . I was to have had a bigger bathroom with a tub and got a very small shower . The bathroom itself was very small. The bed was poorly made and the mattress was hard no uncomfortable.

Gigi at the front desk helped us at both check in and checkout. She was AMAZING! She accommodated us with an early check in, and made both processes a breeze!
The hotel lobby and architecture were stunning! We felt very fancy staying here.
The location was fantastic. We used the rail system to get into the city for our concert, and it was an easy walk to the station from the hotel.
Nothing.

The staff was great
The room 350 is too small for $450, and the bed is too small for a king-size bed and the bathroom. Omg, I'm a 6', and I struggle to take a shower, the shower head, not Functional. It's not a pleasure.
Take a shower. And no pool 😢 😞

Location was decent and pillows were comfy.
Check-in desk was hard to find. Signs on the first floor were scarce and did little to clarify where things were. Front desk staff were not welcoming. The parking ramp’s system was down during our stay—this was not communicated to us leading to confusion with the parking pass we received when we checked in. We had to ask the front desk to find out that the system was down. The bathroom was small and cramped with no bathroom fan for circulation. Room had a fridge specifically for drinks but not for food which was quite odd and inconvenient.

Very good shower pressure and temperature
Staff was horrible. Our room wasn’t ready, so they “upgraded” us. It was not an upgrade at all. Room was smaller and didn’t have a balcony like we should have. There were no towels in the room, so we had to call down twice. Took them nearly 2 hrs to bring towels.

I made a last-minute reservation at this hotel after my flight was delayed until the following morning, and I needed a place to "sleep" (more take a glorified nap) that was as close as possible to O'Hare. This hotel is 3 miles from the airport, it's absolutely huge, and despite the enormous line for the check-in, the people at the front desk worked incredibly fast. I was very happy with the room, and it served its purpose. No complaints.
The line for check-in could have moved even faster if there had been more people at the front desk - but hey, it was almost midnight, so I'm not complaining.

Breakfast variety was good. The architecture off the building inside is interesting and somewhat unique.
Slow service at restaurant in the evening. Waitrimg times for ordering drinks and food were too long. Room in the side towers with stairs, no elevators for this room category.

Our room was spacious and comfortable and the complimentary shuttle from the airport was brilliant. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful and great value for money!
We waited for 20 mins to check-in which after a long flight was not ideal - totally appreciate there was a lot of people checking in and there was 4 members of staff on reception but there didn’t seem to be any urgency to attend to guests quicker.

The room n hotel looks nice and decent
Room is not sound proof. I stayed on the 3rd floor and I could hear the sound of the restaurant from my room. Also pillow quality is very bad considering the price point of this hotel. The most upsetting one is the my bathroom sink, it doesn’t even have a countertop. This is the 1st hotel that I’ve been to without a countertop top. I have balance all my makeup and toiletries on the toilet. Which is very unpleasant.

I judge a hotel based a lot on how clean the bathroom is. This is the first place I've stayed where the corners in the bathroom floor were immaculate
Dinner in the restaurant was also excellent
